I got this at TJ maxx. I tend to go more for sweet, sexy, fruity scents. I figure summer is my season as far as scents go lol, but the last 2 years I have been branching out and trying to go for different scents and try different types of fragrance. I was told this would be one I could possibly like, so when i saw it for 14$ I decided to pick it up. I wear it on occasion, because to me it is a special occasion scent. I like it a lot, but I could not wear it every day like i could others. So when I have a date night with my bf, I wear this, or like a holiday. Be sure before purchasing it, to go to like a fragrance counter, and put some on your wrist, and smell it throughout the day, my friend loved it at first then by the end of the day she was like sick of the smell of feet, it was the perfume, mixed with her body chemistry and not well! I did not have that problem, I did not mind it at all!

I love the packaging to this and i really did love it when i bought it. For some reason, this scent doesn't appeal to me anymore. Perhaps it's because i've smelled it on alot of people? However, when i first bought this i really did like it, and i wore it every single day. I got this for dirt cheap on sale, it was 100ml for 20$, so the price for this was a really good deal. It's a very interesting sweet smell, and i'm going to try to start wearing this again at some point to use up the bottle. If you don't like sweet scents i dont think this is a good choice for a perfume because the notes are quite sweet. It's not too overpowering but it's very easy to overdo it with this perfume. Overall, i think it's a good frangrance, but i wouldn't repurchase simply because i dont see it fitting into my signature frangrances collection.
Love the original fantasy it was so amazing and midnight was okay, hidden not so okay and than... circus... the name alone should scream something fun and bold, a show stopper but boy was I wrong... this is the worst fantasy to me... it smells like candy that fell into a sink with dish soap... It is very missleading the name and all... the bottle is ugly too unlike the other fantasy's I wont be adding to my collection ever.... I tried it on and it failed... didn't even last long...shame on you britney you are better than that!
I admit I love the other two Fantasy and Midnight Fantasy scents. My daughter likes the bottles so when we saw Circus for $10 we picked it up to add our collection. But I am not crazy about the scent. I will add a description and opinion later. I just plain didn't like it. It was nothing like how it was described.
Top notes Raspberry and Apricot Blossom
Middle notes Blue Peony, water lily and red sweetheart orchid
Base notes Vanilla Woods, Creamy Musk and Violet Candy
I don't smell any fruit, none of the vanilla woods or violet candy. It's all musky floral. It really doesn't work for me.
Unlike the others this one is a a dud.
I bought this at TJ Maxx for $10.00, so I guess I can't complain too much...This perfume initially comes off very strong (too strong for my taste) and kind of cheap. It's not a sweet or fruity scent like her other perfumes. My best description would be a strong, old-fashioned florally scent. Actually when it finally dries down it's not too bad. I don't pick up a powder scent, as described in other posts, but something sweeter, much like her Fantasy perfume. It's weird. This perfume literally morphs into something completely different with my skin chemistry. It's okay many hours later, however, it is very, very faint by then. I will probably give this away to my daughter and see if it works better for her. Needless to say, I will not be repurchasing.
the perfume bottle is so cute, that I had to give it a try. Boy was I disappointed. I love most of britney spear's perfume but this one is just foul smelling. I was trying it out at the store and some little kids starting running away saying they can't breathe. It's not a good sign when people started dropping off like flies with only one squirt.

I personally really like the scent, but it seems like it doesn't last at all. I think it smells nice, but it's not so nice that it's worth paying $30 because the staying power is awful. The bottle is pretty but kind of cheap looking. Decent, but not worth it!
I definitely like this perfume because it is a change from the sweet perfumes I usually go for. I got it as a Christmas gift from my best friend and was excited because I love everything Britney. I was happy when I smelled it and learned that it wasn't anything like her regular Fantasy perfume - which is way too sweet, even for me. It is fresh smelling, and not overly feminine, in a good way. My best friend, who is a guy, sometimes sprays himself with it before we go out - LOL!
I don't know how I would describe the individual notes in this fragrance, but overall, it is very pleasant. Its opening note is very feminine without being overpoweringly sweet or floral (though it is more on the floral side). The drydown is woodsy and powdery. I have to admit, the drydown can get kinda stale smelling after a while, but that's only if I spray alot on me in the first place. Circus Fantasy's smell isn't what I'd typically prefer in a perfume, but I can't bring myself to give it away because it's very pleasant. Something to wear around the house or to school or to work (but I wouldn't wear it at night, it doesn't suit nightly activities). I woudn't buy it again though, my 3.4 oz bottle is hard enough to finish off as it is. As for price, I never pay retail for perfumes, I know where to get them for cheaper ;) so I can't judge how expensive it is retail.

First of all, I think $32 for 1 oz of a popular celebrity's fragrance is a little pricey. I think this perfume is worth maybe $12.99 or something. Second of all, I like the bottom of the bottle but the neck and cap make it look so cheap and cheesy. Now for the fragrance... I love sweet scents, especially Pink Sugar, and I had heard that Brit's perfumes were sweet so I was excited about this. Let me tell you, I do NOT get sweet from this. I get musk, and then pure soap. It smells very powdery, musky, and SOAPY to me. It does not smell sweet at all. I am very disappointed and will be returning it. I will probably not try another one of her scents unless I can sample it first. Although pricey, I will stick with my Hanae Mori Butterfly. It never lets me down!
