This is actually amazing ! I have this in tawny beige and I'm about NC40-42 , it matches beautifully and literally looks like you have no makeup on, just flawless skin. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a natural, flawless foundation that feels good on your skin and looks amazinggg!

I really like this foundation! I bought this a while back at CVS for 75% off, so I'm not sure if it's being dicontinued or not. I bought the color sandy beige. I naturally have a med-tan skin tone and this matches pretty well. Don't think I will be able to find a dark enough match in the summer when I'm tan though. The coverage is great. I have alot to cover so I like the thick consistency of this foundation!

I bought this foundation at 75% off at CVS and I'm glad I did. The most important thing for me is something that doesn't settle into pores and lasts all day on my oily face. This has definitely exceeded my expectations and most importantly above all, has NOT broken me out. I have very sensitive skin and this does not break me out or irritate it at all. I apply a little at a time because the consistency of this foundation is not watery. It is a bit on the thick side and when you first apply it, it does like kinda shiny. Eventually it settles into your skin and it becomes matte. I rarely have to retouch face and like someone else mentioned, when it does begin to wear off , it does so evenly. No crazy patches. I definitely will stock up on this since my HG foundation, Napoleon Perdis Sheer Genius is $60! Ill save that one for special occasions but this definitely may become my HG soon :)

I like everything about this foundation except that it oxidizes on me soooo bad! It makes me look like an orange in 2 hours. Would not recommend.

Count me in with the haters. This stuff has the consistency of Elmer's glue and is almost as sticky. Settles into my pores like nobody's business, and because of the thick goopy consistency, still has streaks after blending and blending. Got it as CVS for 75% off, so no big loss. Glad it works for some, but for me, sux big time.

I'm really impressed by this foundation! I have oily/combo skin and I like medium-full coverage and this product is perfect. It's build-able so if you want a lighter coverage only use a little bit but if you're skin is acting up and you want a fuller coverage you can put on the first layer, let it dry, and add more. The first time I used too much because it feels like it'll be really light coverage but once it dries it covers much more than you think.
I also really like the ingredients in this. I used to only use organic and natural ingredient makeup and the last few years I switched to cheap drugstore brands because I went back to college and needed to save my money but this whole makeup line is really not expensive especially for the quality that you're getting. I've tried all the really expensive brands and this is one of the best foundations I've used...it's really amazing and it's also good for your skin-my skin has become more soft and radiant since using this...It's amazing what good quality makeup can do! Definitely my HG foundation!!!

Applied:this is easy to apply any way but I prefer damp sponges.
Finish: satin/dewy when applied to matte when dry
Packaging: Bottle looks really nice and i love the pump
Coverage:4/5 this has really good coverage way better than revlon colorstay will cover nay redness, acne even did a little something for my dark circles.
Staying power: not as good as revlon colorstay but with a primer and powder still lasts a long time.10 am-5pm and still there after running around the mall. Foundation doesnt stay forever so how does this disappear? When it starts to come off i love that this doesnt come off in patches in kind of gradually evenly disappears(for people who aren't constantly touching their face)

I am satisfied with my purchase of Sally Hansen Inspired by Carmindy Your Skin Makeup. It was 75% off, so I picked it up on a whim. Packaging is minimal and therefore environmentally conscious - a plus. The glass container features a nifty pump dispenser making application easy. The formula is neither thick nor thin; it leaves a satin sheen on the skin. However, when it dries it actually looks matte.

I loooove this foundation. I purchased it at a CVS clearance sale for $3 and didn't have high expectations. It is normally $12-$13. I've been using it for a week now and it is awesome. This morning, I reached for it again and applied it quickly with my fingers and was soooo impressed with how creamy it was. On my face, it feels smooth and not sticky. The pump works great too- such a plus to have pump for drugstore foundation. The color is perfectly matched for my normally NC30 skin- I think I have beige but not sure. The product does look grayish in the bottle but it comes on really evenly on me- not too much pink or yellow like in other foundations. I have used all brands of foundation including MUFE and MAC and this has better ratings. I highly recommend this foundation.

Amazing product. Been searching for this for years... A foundation that suits my yellow undertones and looks super natural plus covers any marks or scars. In love with this product. Purchased a colour that was too dark but since summer is now here gonna use it anyway and try to tan. Will be ordering it in the shade sandy beige again and not tawny as this is a bit too dark. But wow.had to order it on ebay as it is not available in south africa. And still was cheaper than any other foundation this side! Absolutely no downside so far. =) HG

I love this foundation. It has a lovely, creamy texture and doesn't feel too heavy on your face. It is blendable and covers very well! It also lasts a long time, and, when used on top of my Revlon Photoready primer, it stays matte for hours! I prefer wearing it in the winter since I find it a bit thick for humid summers, but all in all one of the best foundations I have ever used!

OMG. I am in shock how bad this foundation is. Based on the reviews, I ordered Ecru Beige from Drugstore.com and I am NC20 in skintone. Let me tell you, as soon as I saw the color - i was sceptical because it looked greyish. Even though it was not my tone at all I wanted to try it because I thought I can change it to Creamy Beige or some other tones but the stuff was so awful. Its like putting some kind of clay mask on your face. And the smell was awful too. And another point why i would never buy this again is because it took me forever to wash this thing off my face. The next day i woke up with bunch of red pimples on my face. I can't wait to send this stuff back. Good thing is Drugstore has 100% satisfaction policy on this foundation.
Not for me!

At the beginning my Mom and I were in love with this. However after using we both started breaking out and neither of us have a big problem with that. I ignored my Mom and continued to use it while her face cleared in the end I came to the same conclusion. I recently just went thorough the experience again after using Maybelline Fit Me foundation. I will never by foundations from either of these manufactures again.

This foundation is one of My favorites! It's more of a "thicker" liquid foundation rather than a "watery" one. it gives Medium-Full coverage and looks very natural! It doesnt cake and last a very long time!! be careful when Your choosing a shade because the glass is kinda "blurry" and you really cant see what color the foundation is unless You open it. (which you cant in the store because it has plastic protecting it) i got lucky and picked my EXACT shade. Woo Hoo ! Theres lots of product in the glass and it'll last a good while (;

I bought this foundation from CVS in February and it was 75% off so I paid less that $3 for it....STEAL! The color I got is Mahogany and I am in loooove with this stuff. I don't really have skin problems so I definitely don't need a heavy full coverage foundation which is why this is perfect. It is the perfect liquid foundation to even out my skintone and give me that "I'm not wearing any make-up" look which I love. I have dry skin so I apply a moisturizer and then this and I am good to go. I love that it has a pump for easy application. I loved it so much that I bought two and havent even finished the first bottle yet.

i have never been more impressed with a DS foundation before. I got this in creamy beige and it is the EXACT shade of my skin tone. I'm not exaggerating in any way. I'm about NC30 in MAC and this shade is absolutely perfect for me.
The finish is very natural as the name implies. It reminds me a lot of MAC F&B but (I hate to say it) better. Obviously a light coverage foundation, but perfect for the hot summer months. I only had to use blot powder once today and it actually wasn't even that bad.
I'm seriously considering buying a back-up of this (if I can find it locally) because it's sooooo amazing. continued >>

Hi Ladies!
I could not find this at my local CVS so I purchased it from drugstore.com (free shipping!). I have heard many good things about Carmindy's line and I wanted to try it for myself.
The foundation color is Ecru Beige and I bought her Translucent Powder in Neutralizer (for redness). I'm an Irish girl with rosacea and redness from a previous skin cancer treatment. The Neutralizer powder is a fine milled loose yellow powder. I was thrilled when I saw it because I've been using Tarte's "At Ease" powder for redness and it is the same color/texture but much cheaper.
I was in a hurry today and forgot my Smashbox primer. >.< I put the foundation on with a sponge and it glided on well. I love the pump because you can decide how much you need. Afterward, I put on my concealer and finished with the translucent Neutralizer powder. The result was practically flawless. Now, I have some acne scars, redness and I'm over 40 so my skin is far from "flawless" but it looked fantastic.
I went out to do errands in South Florida 95 degree heat & humidity. I wanted to see how it would stand up. Eight hours later, it still looks fantastic - a miracle in this tropical climate - and WITHOUT a primer!
This foundation and powder work great together and I think it might be my HG. I definitely recommend it. The foundation and powder work perfectly together so I'd recommend buying both. I purchased the foundation and powder for less than $25.
I'm very pleased with it and how it held up without a primer. :) Give it a try! continued >>

I am really loving this product! I usually wear Vichy Dermablend, but I thought I'd give this one a try after a sample in a magazine seemed to give my giant t-zone pored a decent coverage.
I use it over L'Oreal Magic Perfecting Base. It hides my pores very well, but the big selling points for me are that it isn't mask-like and doesn't leave a lot of residue to rub off on collars and scarves, and it stays matte for a long time.
I use colour 001 Porcelain. I have very fair skin, and it matches perfectly.
My one concern is that it's a pump. I find that pumps tend to leave a lot of product in the bottle when you get to the bottom. I'm about halfway through the bottle right now, so I guess I'll find out!

I put that I would buy this product again since I was pleased with the coverage, consistency and ease of use. That being said, I'm actually returning my tube simply because I cannot make the shade work. There are very few shades to choose from, and since I'm light-skinned and tend to show orange if there is any at all in a foundation I chose porcelain. Even with powder, though, I can't seem to make it work. And I refuse to buy 2 foundations and mix the shade every time I want to use it...if the foundation was $3 for a bottle maybe it would be worth the effort, but for $12 a bottle I can't be bothered.
I did find that this foundation offered a variety of coverage, though. I noticed that if I spread it right after putting it on, the coverage was light and the foundation spread thinly. I prefer a little thicker coverage, however, so I would put some on my face and let it sit just a few seconds and then spread it. I actually did 2 layers on my face and did not get a cakey appearance. I even wore it outside all day in the heat and it faired pretty well. I didn't use the pump, however...I unscrewed the lid and pulled it up just a bit so I could tap my finger against the tubing and used it that way. I was pleased with how easily this worked.
Perhaps in a year or so they'll expand their color selection and I"ll give this foundation another go. If you can find your shade, it's worth giving it a run!
