OMG! I cannot believe how horrendous this product is. I swatched multiple eye shadows from this brand at Sephora today because the display is breathtaking!
This deceivingly gorgeous purple color in pan has a horrible chalky consistency that without any base you can simply use a gust of wind to remove the pigmentation. The real kicker... $20!!!
I wouldn't pay $20 for something that you need to have a base to use. I would take a drug store product over these any day.
I will say that their eye pigments are not all bad, although the packaging is just a disaster waiting to happen.

A gorgeous deep purple matte colour. Shows up true to what you see in the pan.
The consistency is slightly chalky, but it works well over a cream base.
The pigmentation is good, but not great. It can be applied lightly for a sheer wash of light purple, or built up for the grape colour without much effort. Good staying power too.

I was hoping for more impressive products seeing as how illamasqua is supposed to be a big competitor for MAC. but i am quite disappointed. this eyeshadow is so chalky, not easy to blend and basically, it sucks. packaging is...meh. i've seen better. overall not a product i'll recommend or buy again. as for the brand. i might try other products they have but a first impression has been made and its not good. do not believe the picture shown. its not true to pic!
