    This is certainly not the most waterproof eyeliner but these are soo much better than the often raved about UD 24/7 eyeliners. I love Brownie as an everyday liner that's dark but not too dark...

    Great liner for the price. Really smooth to apply but not as waterproof as I had hoped. But for the price, I can't complain.

    LOVE this liner. I love the smoothness of this, it's even better than the MAC eye kohls. I wouldn't say it's completely waterproof but it sure doesn't smudge easily.
