Was looking for the creamy peach scent this is so often described as having. Well, it's there...sort of. Mostly, what I is get a bright, ambery - musky fragrance with hints of peach, a sour note similar apple cider (I'm guessing it's the champagne note that's supposed to be in Fancy Love) and lots of clean / breezy florals all being underpinned by sandalwood and quite a bit of patchouli. The sweet peach blossom and clean florals together with the creamy white amber is very lovely; if only the Nose who created it had left this part as the basic scent it would be a favorite scent for me....

That said, what puts me off about this fragrance is its aroma similar to that of iodine mixed together with band aids. I'm thinking it's probably a combination of the sour champagne note mixed with warm notes of amber and slightly camphorous patchouli. After a few minutes of wearing this fragrance, that iodine and band aid smell is all I'm picking up, which pretty much makes this one a no-go for me despite how much I enjoyed its beautiful floral opening notes.

I don't know why some people say Fancy Love smells like Burberry. I cannot stomach any of the Burberry line perfumes. They all give me a head ache. I didn't get a head ache from this perfume at all. Of all of Jessica Simpson's fragrances, I love this one the most. Fancy Love is sweet, milky ,gentle ,whipped cream rich ,warm ,non cloying, soft like you're on a puffy cloud. There are no rough edges. It is not a sweet tooth gourmand, but it is as close to a hybrid between warm rich comforting sweet milk candy and floral. I find this fragrant very unique. On me it lasts all day. I only use one spray on my sleeves. The endurance is amazing. Although this is a cute fluffy sweet youthful fragrant, there is something that opens my senses to detect a more refined sophistication with Fancy Love without being obnoxious, desperate , or pure head ache in a bottle like many Burberry perfumes. It can be either a day time fragrant or evening . I wore this fragrant in the 90 + degree heat and no head ache at all.

I sampled this from a tester at Belk a few weeks ago. I found a great price on a 3.4oz bottle New in Box on ebay for only $25. I decided to give it a try, it came in the mail yesterday. I really like the scent, especially for the first few hours - warm creamy vanilla, a little spice, slightly sweet but not overpowering - really nice. Towards the end of the day, i'm noticing that im smelling lots of light almost peachy notes that i'm not sure i'm fond of. A good scent but don't know that i would buy in this large size again, maybe a smaller one.

On me this is a Burberry original dupe Lots of apricots and sparkles. I like but don't love. Much prefer Fancy Nights which has loads of patch. One thing in FL's favour though, it lasts longer than the Burberry.

This does resemble Burberry classic but is not as well-rounded. Lasted about 1.5 hours on me, so it's not a keeper.

I am on my 5th or 7th bottle idk I lost track that's how many times I buy this bottle. I wear it so much that I am immune to the smell yet others smell it and compliment me everytime I wear it. It's not overpowering the smell. I'm 25 therefore I would like to smell like a 25 yr old no offense to you older ladies. It smells sweet yet clean and crisp. Highly Recommend the white bottle.

This is another perfume I would never buy for myself. I received a HUGE bottle of this in a gift set. It came with the matching shower gel and lotion. I've worn it a few times since. I get so many compliments when I wear it. It's a warm musky floral. I can detect some aldehydes which I am a huge fan of. It's a great fall/winter scent. You could also pull it off on a warm summer evening. I like it I just don't wear it often enough to have to purchase another bottle anytime soon

I have been a fan of the original Fancy for years. I would take Fancy Love over the original anyday! I love it! I bought the small sample size bottle for $7 at Kmart blindly, and fell in love! The initial scent isnt that pleasant but the drydown, which reveals itself in 5 to ten minutes, is the beautiful champange vanilla musk that romances your senses. I get compliments at work all the time when I wear this. I work in fast food and customers are always pleasantly surprised when they catch a whiff over the lingering smell of fries and beef.. 5 out of 5 for scent, the price could be a bit less, and the packaging is pretty atrocious, but its what's inside that counts right??

I had such high hopes for this fragrance! I bought it blind off ebay and couldn't wait to smell this seemingly dreamy, cozy, romantic peach champagne perfume. Sadly my skin seems to be highly responsive to musk and Fancy Love turned into Fancy Musk. I could smell bubbly peaches when I sprayed it on my shirt but on me I could not pull it off. I'm jealous of you lucky ladies who can!

Well this to me smells like burberry but ALOT better, It seems to last longer than burberry I've owned both and I will no longer buy burberry when I can get this for a better price and the smell is just as good if not better. Jessica knows what she is doing and she won me over with this warm, peachy sweet romantic fragrance. I wore this and somebody actually thought I was wearing burberry they were shocked and impressed when I told them it was by jessica simpson. I'm not a fragrance snob and don't have a problem with jessica but some people are stuck up like that I guess. The fragrance last up to about 6 hours + It will always be a part of my collection and have a special place in my heart. I'm glad I switched from burberry to this. Went through 3 bottles since it came out and will buy many more to come! 59 vs 70 dollars fancy love wins
