Love love love. Tight grip, doesn't slip. I've even used these around my ponytail while I run so that my hair doesn't come loose. A bit expensive, but worth it for not getting annoyed when you're trying to separate your hair for styling. Keep in mind though, that when I use this on my damp straight hair, it sometimes leaves a slight crimp (But can easily be fixed with an iron). Durable and professional looking. Comes in a (cool looking) package of three, which I worried would not be enough for my medium-length, thick hair. But it's perfect, because each clip can hold a substantial amount of hair. Just what I was looking for!
