I bought this because the heat gloves that come with most flat irons and curling irons just aren't enough and I HATE to scorch my fingers. It's a bit expensive but it does do a better job than most of the generic heat gloves. It also fits better and is more comfortable. I can't really understand why it doesn't cover the last 2 fingers though...I mean were they trying to save money or something? (haha.) I haven't scorched those 2 fingers yet but it seems inevitable so I still prefer to wear it under another generic heat glove. Probably wouldn't have to purchase again but if I had to I would.
