I usually never use root lifting sprays cause i am sccared they will make my hair crusty looking, but this is a great product. I used a volumizing spray before but then i used this after wards and it gave my hair a great lift. I feel it is not good for shine look, but lifting it will do great. great hold as well. just one pump will make ur hair look great. And did i mention i had lost a lot of hair, but this one when sprayed at the root, makes my hair look super thick, U have to try it.

I was unsure that this stuff would do the job since it was from the health food store. I haven't had much luck with natural styling products. However, I found the right shampoo & conditioner for me (Griffin Remedy Daily), then use this as directed. I have straight hair & blow it out with a vented brush once I apply this to my roots. You have to make sure to hit every place you spray it with the brush while you are blow drying or it will get crusty. It works like a damn charm. Many compliments and all I did was change my routine a bit. And it makes me happy that it's a relatively natural product w/o tons o' chemicals. Smells good too. continued >>

Normally I like Giovanni and I was hoping this would replace my Pantene spray gel that I've been unable to find. This leaves my hair stiff and stuck together. Pantene did too, but you could comb it out and your hair would be soft but still have hold. This stuff is more like cheap hairspray and combing it out is a battle I don't need or want.
This is a rather typical root lifting spray that you spray on your roots to create volume. It works well enough. However, since I also use gel, I've decided that this is an unnecessary step in my hair styling routine, since gel alone provides enough volume to my straight fine-but-thick hair. I prefer gel over root spray because it helps me to control the ends of my hair. The root spray costs me time, money, and cupboard space, and I can find better ways to spend all three.
