About me: NW13 (neutral-cool toned, very fair), blue eyes, Color season is True Summer, Baumann Skin Type is OSPW.

This mascara is very waterproof, I found it difficult to remove. It does a great job of lengthening, but I found it clumped easily. It held a curl ok, but not as much as I'd like.

I've only ever use waterproof mascara ... this is definitely waterproof, and a bit makeup-remover proof. At first it smudged under my eyes a bit, but I fixed that with some translucent powder.
My eyelashes are already pretty long, but this mascara made them a teensy bit longer, not much though, but my lashes were pretty thick after a few coats.
It'll be my go-to until I can afford a better one

Bought this at a holiday in a tropical country, trying to make sure I didn't constantly sweat my mascara off. Well, I can't really speak for water-proof. It certainly doesn't come off with just water, but often the lengthening effect would land stripes of mascara on my top lids during the holiday! Gah!

Later on, though, I started to find general use for this product. The brush packs a bit too much product at first so I began using a different brush to apply it, which worked wonderfully until there wasn't too much product in the bottle, so using the brush the product came with started to be fine as well. The result is a little too clumpy for my liking at times, but if I'm careful in the application process, it looks good. I use it whenever I need a really long-wearing mascara.

This was the worst mascara I have found out of all of them. I wear contacts, have since I was twelve, and never had a problem with wearing contacts and mascara before until this one.

Not only does this product not seem to dry, but it causes almost like an oil slick issue. It was smearing off of my eyelashes and onto my contacts, an issue I have never had before, and then the worst part it does not rinse off the contact! Even with the solution.

When I tried it without the contacts it caused my eyes to water, there is something in this mascara that caused me to have a bad reaction.

To top it off the mascara seems to wear off within a few hours and it does not create length at all. Giant waste of money.

For a drugstore mascara I find it works well, though not easily. Theres a lot of product on the wand & it helps to wipe some off on a tissue (wasteful but effective). After applying I take a clean wand & run it through my lashes to break up the "spider lash" effect it can give. Despite the few extra steps it does lengthen & stays well throughout the day. continued >>

so i tried this only because my mom is obsessed with mascara, because her lashes tend to be on the short side. I have fairly medium length eyelashes that are medium thick.I decided to see if it worked for me and it did,but it was horrible to take off i tired make up remover, baby wipes, water & soap and it still didn't come off it sucked. continued >>

I desperately wanted to like this after I saw really good reviews of this mascara. I have hooded eyes, and I've yet to find one that doesn't end up all over my undereye area. The only thing stopping me from giving this a 1 is the fact that it does definitely hold a curl; it does nothing else for me though. It doesn't really lengthen (which is odd because it does advertise a 'stiletto' effect) and barely voluminizes. It clumps easily. The packaging is cute and the brush is small so it can get to all your lashes. I suppose this is decently 'waterproof', but it is such a pain to remove; I often end up with raccoon eyes in the morning. Still on the search for a wearable mascara!

I LOVE this mascara. It's my absolute favourite mascara from Maybelline.
I love a lot of Maybelline mascaras butt this is my favourite by far.
I only use waterproof mascaras, in case it every rains or I end up going swimming or whatever. I love this and the new Plush one from Maybelline, and the Falsies.
The only problem with this, is when it starts to get old, it starts to flake off into your eyes. But it shouldn't be a problem if you wear it everyday and buy new bottles every couple months or so

=D

Lash Stiletto has been a great mascara to me time and time again. So I decided to try the waterproof kind..that was a waste. I feel like the normal stuff does just as good of a job or better than this "waterproof" formula. It did not want to stay put..I felt like it melted underneat my bottom lashes more than the nomal formula. Seemed like my lashes clumped together in chunks more with this one also. I love Lash Stiletto mascara but with my experience I would just stick to the normal formula. It stayed put on my lashes longer and kept them looking nicer than this "waterproof" did.

I picked this up on a whim to layer with a volumizing mascara, and I'm not wildly impressed. It does the job in that it darkens my lashes, and the skinny brush is really nice for the bottom lashes. It doesn't do anything in terms of length as advertised, though. It is truly waterproof and doesn't flake or clump terribly easily, as long as you don't go nuts with the number of coats you use. It's not a super buildable formula.
