Like most Bliss products, this one is good is a "short-term" product. Personally, it worked for me and made the area under my eye feel fresh and relaxed. I wouldn't say it's an amazing product but more so of "a product for the occasions" - I use it whenever I'm invited to a big event or so and in comparison to other eye masks I've used in the past, this worked the best for me.

I am glad I got this as a sample as it did absolutelly nothing for me. No difference whatsoever...I will give it another go soon and update.

I can't believe the negative reviews on this product.I love it. I have just used my first treatment and I'm really surprised at the difference it has made to my under eye area. It looks brighter, tighter and glowing. I found the mask really soothing and calming. The one downside is the packaging as you have to press and pop the fluid into the eye pads. This was quite a fiddly process but that's my only issue.

I couldnt tell a difference at all, i cant believe i spent so much money on these what a waste! The more i use bliss the more i realize they are more hype than real quality

Average eye treatment that works better if used cold from the fridge. But then one has to ask: Does it de-puff because of the contents or because of the cold? And would I get the same results from a damp cotton cloth that had been left in the fridge for 20 minutes?
So, ever the brave MUA'er, I did a little test - morning one - cold, damp cotton handkerchiefs. Morning two - the Bliss Eye Mask, also cold. Results? Not a shred of difference.
Save your money and go to the dollar store, buy some handkerchiefs, soak them in some nice water, twist till all the excess water is out, throw in fridge for 15 minutes and put on your eyes while laying down and relaxing.
Oh, and, last but not least, the packaging is a P-I-T-A to work. Just sayin'

I chill this in the fridge for about 30 minutes before I use. I leave it on for about 1 hour while I relax. My eye area seems a lot brighter and refreshed. My eyes are for sure "de puffed" for a few hours.

I really wanted to like this as I like the face mask. The price is steep for 4 uses - $52 IIRC. I got one pack in the Sephora skincare sampler set, enough for one use. Unlike other reviewers on sephora, I had no problems with the packaging and bursting the pod to get the liquid to saturate the pads or oozing off the pads. The product felt very nice and cool while on and it did force me to relax for 15 minutes, though in terms of puffiness or dark circles, nada, no difference, nothing.
