I picked this up from a sephora kiosk at the airport...
I must start off my telling you how HORRIBLE the packaging is... it's true the AM and PM get mixed up.
The AM side is a gel type while the PM side is a richer cream...
I used it inconsistently for a few weeks before returning it. Why did I return it? Mostly because of the poor packaging, it was just gross to have them both mixed. The other big thing was this: it burned my eyes and made them water... Also, because I didn't see or feel any results.
Expensive for the tiny amount you get- skip this product.

Just got this from SKINSTORE.COM the AM side has mixed in with the PM side due to the poor packaging :(
