Since matte lipsticks are pretty rare, I've often used lipliners as lipstick: swipe on some Chapstick or Vaseline or whatever balm you happen to have (but not too much), then add lipliner for a matte look. This is a nice neutralish berry that will work on anybody. Good pigmentation, and it's only 99 cents.
I have always been a lipliner fan. I have tons of different ones. When they came out with the new sheer liners(smashbox sheer)/ glaze liners(stila)/ cream shapers(clinique), i got even more excited. The newer formulas today are super soft. They make all other lipliners look dry in comparison. #661a is a medium rosy pink color. very pretty, but slightly dry. Retails for $1, great price, and is longer than most pencils. I wont repurchase since i like the softer formulas now but a great deal for drugstore price.
This lip pencil is a great deep berry shade. It's probably the softest WnW pencil I own... there's a lot of variation in the line, unfortunately... but not supercreamy by any means. It gives off naturally glam vibes on this PPP so it's good for a classy night out. It's well worth the .99 it costs, imho.
This color would have been great for me. It is a berry/shimmery/light red. But the texture was way too dry and the tip broke apart. I really wanted to like this since the color was right as well as the price.
Its a pretty redish colour, it didn't have a colour name, just a number so I'm not sure what its called. I bought it to use under Wnw Megaslicks lip gloss in red sensation.
