This is a dietary supplement that I have been using as an eye treatment. It comes in a gelatin capsule and I just poke a small hole in it and apply a tiny amount on my crow's feet area at night time. I've been doing this for a few months now. When I wake up, my fine lines are dramatically smoothed out. One capsule lasts about a week and a half. I have not tried it on my more acne prone areas though and am not sure if this would break me out.
