This cleanser is very gentle on sensitive skin. It does not clog your pores and comes off easily. It leaves your face clean and fresh. I just love it.

love, love, love! This cleanser is the best especially for my sensitive skin. It is very easy on the skin and leaves my face so soft. My skin has never looked so good! I use many of her other products and I am so pleased!

Despite the 3 lippies, this really is a good product. It definitely takes off makeup well (not the waterproof mascara but that's another story). It leaves my skin very soft and clean. However, I can't stand the scent - the first whiff is okay. But then afterwards, there is this weird stench that makes me want to vomit. And also, I feel like I have to drench my entire face with a gallon of water before I feel like it's all been rinsed off. Also, the way it's packaged, it always feels like there is a waste of product once I twist the lid closed. Philosophy's Purity does everything this cleanser does and more. And it doesn't have that sick smell. And it's cheaper.

I subscribed to this product for 3-4 years. I finally ran out about 6 months ago. I alternate between this prodcut and ProActiv because my skin seems to get used to products and needs change every 6 months. This product removes makeup better than any product I've used. I found that weird because it is a lotion type cleanser rather than a sudsy cleanser. My skin feels so clean afterwards. (It is so gentle that I always used it on my young daughter after her dance recitals and makeup playtimes). I hate that the products I like are subscription only and in package deals. However, Principal Secret was great to reduce the amount of time I receive the package to 4 times a year and then to only twice a year my last year. All you have to do is ask.

At first i was very happy with the result because it didn't make my face break-out. I have a very sensitive acne prone skin. I thought this is my HG!!!! but after using it for a long time, i noticed that my pores are much bigger than before...and when the winter came, the cleanser made my face tight and dry. The whole line is so expensive! i would definitely not buy this again!

Iv'e been using this cleanser for around two months, and I'm really not that keen on it. I find it dries my skin and I don't think I'll be buying it again, just isnt for me.

I've moved on to better a better skin care line by Dr. Denese. However, I still like this cleanser the best. Removes makup well, leaves my face moisturized, the scent is nice and the packaging convenient.

This cleanser is great. It doesn't foam, more like a lotion but it works well. I like the scent. It leaves my skin soft.

I will say I like this for travel. But my face never feels clean. After a weeks use I am getting black heads. I have normal skin, I like some of the other produts but not this one.

This is my HG cleanser, I have used PS products for over 10 years now and have not found a cleanser that works as well for me as this one. I love that I can use it to remove eye makeup and it removes even silicone based foundation easily.

This product works great to remove makeup tone, and cleanse all at once. It feels great and makes my skin feel soft and vibrant. The best part is that it's providing daily vitamins A C and E with continued use my skin looks younger and feels softer

I NEVER would have dreamed that I would not have to use a toner after cleansing. But you don't need one with this cleanser. I was very skeptical trying this line, but someone I know highly recommended it. I have since tried Victoria's Reclaim line and I think that Reclaim is more appropriate for my 42 yr. old skin. But I've got a big problem... I'm addicted to the smell of this stuff! (Reclaim line smells like Melon) Therefore, I will reorder the Advanced Gentle Deep 4-in-1 cleanser.

I like this cleanser alot. I have combo skin and this cleanser is alot more gentle than I usually use. I use it alot when I decide to be 'kinder' and 'gentler' to my face. It is a very basic, lotion style cleanser that does not foam. It spread and rinses very easily and despite feeling very gentle and non-stripping it does a wonderful job at removing makeup. I wish it came in a larger bottle than 6oz and this is a little expensive if you don't buy it as part of kit on QVC or a special value collection from PS directly. P.S. The PS customer service is great. They have messed up orders for me before, which can happen, but they are great at rectifying any problem by 2-day airing you products at no charge, and have even had me keep products I've recieved in error vs. making me send them back. They are always very nice and very helpful. Always a plus!

I loved,loved,loved this product! I saw the infomercial and thought,what do I have to lose. I have combination skin that is prone to acne. After just three days on this product, I could see my acne diminishing. I found the fragrance to be a pleasant floral, fruity smell. The product is expensive but in my opinion, worth every penny! The product doesn't foam, but it is leaves your face feeling so smooth and soft. I will buy this product again and again!!

This is an awesome cleanser. If you like sudsy (which isn't good for your skin), you won't like it. For me, and I have combination skin, it was very gentle, cleaned off all the makeup and left my face clean but soft. A little bit goes a long way on this one. Using too much makes it less effective in my experience. Used in the right dosage, it will last 3 months. I don't like the smell as well as the spa line, but it is light and dissipates quickly. I've tried many others and keep coming back to Principal Secret.

I was very shocked how well this product washed off my makeup and waterproof mascara! It does have a smell to it but nothing that I can't handle, especially if it took off my mascara with just a couple of swipes!

The cleanser did hold up to it's claim that it removes all face and eye makeup, in fact my eye makeup dissolved almost on contact. My skin is very acne-prone and this cleanser only made my acne worse. The smell of the cleanser is enough to make you gag, it is a very strong tangerine smell.
