I am 34 and don't really have fine lines around my eyes, but I do have dark circles that I could not get rid of.
I purchased this product at Sally's Beauty Supply, used it and I was AMAZED!!!
Almost immediately I noticed a difference. The skin around my eyes seems tighter and the dark circles were gone in 30 minutes.
You should not use it more than 3 times a day.
I absolutely love this product and will definitely buy again.
