I received this product as a gift when purchasing a French manicure kit from Sally Hansen and chose the colour Engaging, which is a lovely light princess pink with a lot of shimmer. The gloss applies well with a great applicator brush that helps for easy precise application, and has a lovely glossy finish.
I find this product to be very sticky though and if my lips aren't exfoliated, smooth and conditioned, the gloss clumps and does not stay beautiful for long. Hence I am skeptical about it deeply conditioning and moisurising lips. The lip gloss is also very sticky; not recommended for windy days.
I also find the price for this product quite high for a lip gloss when there are many gorgeous lip glosses by other brands that work just as well if not better.

The only lip gloss I will repurchase. I use them all the time and one tube last about 5/6 months. At first, I did not like it because I would only use it occasionally and my lips would be "gross" feeling and looking. But then I realized that in order for this to keep lips smooth and exfoliated you have to use it at least every other day.

I have this in Tiara, which is a shimmery gold colour. I only bought it as I was buying a different product, and this was somewhere in the region of £1-2 ($1.60-$3) so I just added it to my order.
When first applied it is a gorgeous colour, looks very elegant & the shimmer is lovely. I find it quite sticky, but then a lot of glosses like this are. It doesn't have the best staying power, I would apply it over a neutral colour lipstick but it would tend to wear off very quickly.
I find the scent slightly synthetic, but not a bad scent. I can see some people would find it sickly.
What really urked me though, was when I came to apply it again the brush has splayed out all over the place, resulting in a much more finicky application. Why design packaging that will ruin the applicator?
I hardly use this anymore, only reaching for it rarely. So although I will use it sometimes and try to use it up, I will not repurchase it. continued >>

I had really high hopes for this one. At the beginning it made my lips kind of sting and feel icky. The glosss effect looked very defined for a few minutes but just "dissapeared" in a while, and doesn't take off the jellyish effect for about an hour. It was also pretty expensive.

I wouldn't repurchase this lipgloss. I think that the color is pretty its a sheer shimmery mauve color but I can't stand the smell of it. Its like a synthetic coconut scent. Eww. And my brush was frayed like most of the other reviewers mentioned. I purchased this for 7.99 with a bonus lip liner. I bit too much glitter for my taste.

I got the color Princess during the CVS 75% off sale which retailed for $1.85. I believe they are a close dupe for Mac's lusterglasses (?) but can't compare the two personally. The problem is the brush. I love the concept of a brush applicator in lipgloss but the opening is too small and the brush gets frayed, hairs just stick out. The color of the gloss is nice, nothing unique about your average nude. It doesn't look like the orange-ish color in the tube and I layer it over lipsticks for the best results. It smells strongly on your lips of vanilla/synthetic sweetness, so those of you who are bothered by fragrance beware. It does stay on a longer than average of time, NOT the 12hrs it claims to, and can leave glitter residue on your lips. It's a good lipgloss, but I've tried better so I don't think I would purchase again.

I went didn't know what I was thinking of when I bought these. I normally do not like Sally Hansen products. No matter what it is, it never works for me. Recently I bought the sally Hansen color stick and unbelievably it actually was nice and I am happy with it. Of course CVS is having their big beauty sale of the year and I have gone crazy with it. I bought just about all I could find of the products I like. Well, I decided to try this and I think I bought about 15 of them all together. I went crazy, but i love this lip gloss. I moisturizes so well, and is so pretty. I do not think it is overly sticky. I am used to using Savvy lip gloss which is comparable to Mac Lipglass. Those are extremely sticky lip glosses and I like them for their stickiness. But, this is not sticky, it just feels like lip gloss. The colors are so pretty and it feels so good on my lips. They actually remind me of Glazewear by Avon. I got these for 75percent off, and I love them. This was totally worth it.

I really love this gloss. I found it on sale for 75% off sale and bought 2. Then loved it so much I went back and bought 5 more in other colors. The short version is) 1 - no, it doesn't last 12 hours but I think they are referring to the treatment effects which are very good. I use some kind of chap stick product constantly but since using this there IS an improvement for sure.
2. The colors are lovely and I don't find the gloss especially sticky.
3. And it looks beautiful over every single lipstick Ive tried it over.
It's really quite wonderful - even at full price it's worth it. I love it

Generally, I really liked this lip gloss because the colors are really pretty and shiny. I have the shade "Baguette" and it's a gorgeous pink with little sparkly specks. The gloss also comes in a cute tube! However, this lip gloss is sticky which makes it annoying. If you have a problem with sticky glosses, it's better to stay away from these. Other than that, this lip gloss was very nice. I paid ~$8 for this, but I would probably wait until it's on sale to buy it again.

I got this one in Gem and it barely shows up on me alone, but over another lipstick, it really looks nice. I wouldn't get this again, though, because I hate the brush. It frays too easily from pumping it up and down in the tube of gloss and makes applying it a pain.

Please never discontinue these! I have the shade Gem and absolutely LOVE it. It is the closest dupe for my beloved Dior 161. Not quite as opaque, but at least I can now wear this and save the Dior for special occasions. What I love about these is that they are not overly sticky, like MAC lipglass. There is shimmer and glitter, but you don't feel any of it on the lips. They are also decently moisturizing. I like how Gem looks over my lips with no liner or lipstick. Gives them a nice look that's not overly glossy. They have a brush wand and you get a good amount of product. Overall, a great drugstore gloss. It's a little on the pricey side so try to catch them on sale.

I adore this lipgloss! It smells like cupcakes/vanilla. Very much like MAC dazzleglass. I posted a picture of "Flawless" on my lips. It is VERY shiny and occasionally tacky :(. But other than that it's perfect! The only thing is is that it's 2 dollars less than a MAC lipgloss, soo....weigh your options. It's very nice, however.

I love the colors and they keep you lips moisturized for 12 hours. Some reviews have complained that the color wears off but for the awesome price I don't care! I love the moisturization! It's wonderful! No funny smells to it either. I love it! Can wait to buy more. PS - check your Sunday paper today there was a $1.00 of coupon for Sally Hansen lip products! I love deals!

I love how this is super thick and keeps my lips from being dry and flaky. I only wish that it would stay on longer.

I bought these for $1.00 each and wear them every day. A little sticky, not too long lasting. not a bad taste. Nice shimmer and looks great for a gloss that doesn't stay on so long. So what ? Put on some more. For the price a bargain

I have this gloss in Baguette, which is an odd name for it b/c the colour is bright pink (as shown in the above photo). The tube is so cute looking with the hologram diamonds on the cap. The gloss is thick and sugary sweet tasting but your lips don't get stuck together when you press them together (this is a good thing). I love that I don't have to wear lip balm under this gloss, its very moisturizing although it doesn't feel like it would be going on. The gloss stays on longer than the average lipgloss. The colour is semi-sheer, and doesn't looks quite as bold as in the tube, but a generous layer gives a bright pink pout that looks great on brunettes (I recently changed my hair to a dark strawberry blonde, and I find it doesn't look good anymore). I prefer glosses that have a brush applicator, and this one does. The only cons I have for this gloss is that the brush "frays" when you put it back into the tube of thick gloss...which ruins the applicator before you're finished with the gloss :(

I remember years ago when Sally Hansen had their (now discontinued) Diamond Lip Treatments in the rectangular tube with the silver cap. People were raving about them on MUA, so I went and got a few, but found that they were overly thick and sticky. Plus, they had so much shimmer that my lips looked drenched in frosty glitter. It was fun to play around with as they were very moisturizing and pigmented, but I never wore it out, so I pretty much forgot all about them. Then one day I spotted these Sally Hansen Diamond 12 Hr Treatments at Walgreens. I thought perhaps Sally Hansen has revamped their original formula, so I bought two shades: "Princess" (a pale beige with pink undertones) and "Eternity" (a rosy berry shade). Both of these have lots of shimmer and they gives your lips a thick moisturizing coat of color. Compared to the original formula, they feel slightly less heavy and they are also less frosty/glittery. But you must make sure that your lips are hydrated and clean before applying this lip gloss, or else it will accentuate any dry flakes or ball up. This is very annoying, which is why I took off one lippie. "Eternity" is good for making an everyday look a little bit more glam because it will give your lips some rosy/berry sparkle, as long as you apply sheerly. "Princess" is an opaque beige that really tones down the color of my lips. I like how it doesn't make me look dead since it contains lots of shine. It would look great when paired with dark smokey eyes. When using "Eternity", I always have to dip the wand back into the tube a couple of times to get enough gloss to cover my lips. However, with "Princess", I have to be careful not to over-apply because everytime I pull out the wand, there's always a ton of product gooped onto the brush! The packaging is also very cute. It comes in a round clear plastic tube with a dark silver cap that is decorated with sparkly dots. I like that it feels weighty in my hand, so it doesn't seem like a cheap drugstore item at all.

I love the color the one I purchased is Princess a nude peachy brown color with shimmers in it.It is a moisturizing lip gloss that I rather wear with a lipstick on under the gloss because my lips are pigmented it doesnt look nice alone. It tends to get that yucky cakey look afterwhile alas I still love the color.

I think these are good glosses.. and for the price ladies you have to admit they are good for drugstore. Even good for department store. I am an MUA and I don't like NARS or Smashbox glosses. There are plenty of expensive glosses, even Chanel, that don't work with most clients and just aren't worth the money. They are more like a lip balm than a gloss. I chose these because of the texture and scent. I bought "Veiled". It's a pretty pink/peach shade with an undertone of gold shimmer and sparkle throughout. I think the price is under $8 at Ulta, and there is a good amount of color choices. They aren't sticky, and Veiled is a full color gloss with good pigment.
