I should start this review by admitting that I have color-less lips- and that nude shades never ever work for me. And I'm not really a huge lip gloss girl. So, this nude shade - a light pinkish-brown, pretty much leaves me as washed out as my bare lips normally do. It feels nice on, so I tend to use it just when I'm trying to pretend I don't use makeup- like if I'm sitting at my desk at work and I might apply it, just because. I guess it would be like a clear gloss almost for me, but since my lips are bleh, I'd never buy a clear gloss. I'm sure it'd be a lot better on other people.
Rock & Republic is my new love/obsession. Vacant is a sheer browny nude with peach tones when on the lips. It's a gorgeous and complex color that can be hard to describe so click continued for a pic. The formula is on the thicker side and not sticky but with good lasting power and a good shine.
