    Tip-off is more of a dark gray color, but it is close to black, so if you want eyeliner that's not as harsh as black then you would probably like this color. At first I liked this eyeliner a lot....

    I just reviewed the look of love eye pencil in brownie points and while I have seen some positives with that eyeliner, "tip off" is slightly disappointing in comparison. It doesn't glide on easily...
