$450. That is how i will start my review. Holy smokes!! Why did I decide to buy this cream??? Well because of the MUA rave reviews!! Also because i made a trip to NYC and wanted to go to Bergdorf Goodman to check out this product line. I have much respect for it and for this price I cannot give it 5 lippies. I will say tho that when i do use it my skin feels less bumpy. I've been fighting acne since 15 years old and have been on the look out for anything to help my skin. I found that in La Mer. It cleared up acne spots and discoloration fast!! But after having purchased well over 5+ jars and bottles of the creme, gel creme and lotion I was ready for something different, something more besides just clear skin. It didnt do anything for smoothing my skin or making it feel soft. It was just a regular cream at $280/jar. Having said that I found Amorepacific Time Response Gel Creme to provide great moisture and smoothness my skin hasnt felt in a long time. It never caused any new pimples, which many new skin creams tend to do to me. I have to admit thay this was an obscene splurge and probably not needed at this time in my life. I am 32 and I am not experiencing any wrinkles yet. My true problem is my uneven skin tone and blemishes on my cheeks. I'm sure using the Moisture Bound line would suffice. But I will say that this creme is an w excellent creme with exceptional ingredients. Is it worth $450?? Probably not. Would I purchase again?? Probably in several years when wrinkles start to appear. I just wanted to experience the Time Response line just as a treat to myself.

My husband and I love this product! He has oily skin and has trouble finding products that don't leave him feeling greasy. I on the other hand have sensitive/slightly dry skin and have trouble finding a cream that a) doesn't break me out and b) isn't 'too rich' for my skin. The Amore Pacific Time Response Gel is the perfect balance of moisture and works great in the spring/summer! Would highly recommend!

I received two samples in the mail from Neiman Marcus, and I've been using it every night for 4 days. Not a long time, but I feel like I am already seeing a difference! I usually use La Prairie White Caviar Illuminating Cream, which I think is pretty awesome, but I feel that this is better!
I can feel how smooth and well-moisturized my skin is when I wash my face in the morning, and I *think* my freckles are fading, which, if this could be empirically proven, would make me a devotee forever! Overall my fussy skin loves this stuff-- no breakouts, no rashes from sensitivity, nothing.
I also like that it's not heavy, like Chanel Sublimage (which I love for moisturizing, aside from that heavy feeling on my face).
I think I will be purchasing this product!

I've tried to stay away from Amore Pacific but I keep coming back. It's my personality type...always looking for the next best thing. I've tried samples of other products to find something new but nothing seems to compare to Amore Pacific (for my skin). I have sensitive skin. This gel creme doesn't feel oily if used in small amounts. I think I was in a rush one day and applied more than usual. My face seemed oily midday. I would recommend using a small amount...a little goes a long way. My face looks nice. I look refreshed. Everyone comments on my glow. I've been using it for about one month now and I am happy. I will continue to purchase this product until I find something better.

This is an amazing gel creme. I was lucky to score quite a few deluxe samples so was able to give it a couple of months use. This extremely high-end department store cream definitely has a "wow" factor with regards to performance and I've tried alot of really good brands...La Prairie Luxe, La Mer, Sisley global, Natura Bisse Diamond cream, Guerlain orchidee etc. I had been using it over the AP Time Response serum and my skin has a glowing, smooth clarity to it that I don't get not even from retin-a. I love everything about the gel creme...the smell, texture, moisturizing abilities, anti-oxidant efficacy etc. I sure wish it wasn't $500 for 2 oz! Nevertheless, I think I can make it last for at least 2 years so that's not so horribly bad. I have to pay around $200 for my retin-a (which lasts about a year) so it's about the same price and it's way more pleasant to use. The texture is similar to La Mer Gel Creme but Amore Pacific Time Response Gel Creme is more "efficacious" in that I can really see the benefits in the texture of my skin after about a week's use. Having used both the gel creme and the serum and both are $500...if I can only buy one, I think it would be the gel creme because I think it will last longer than the serum.

Without a doubt an amazing product. But $400?! I can't afford it, but I wish money was not an object. I had 2 deluxe samples and used them for some time. At first, and just like with the La mer gel, i thought it was kind of useless, but after a week I realized my skin was loving this stuff. A total treat to the skin in both use and benefit. My skin was soft and plumped up, and smooth and looking very healthy and this stuff is a real pleasure to put on. That is a lot to ask from a moisturizer quite honestly, and this stuff does it with ease. I find it very comparable to La Mer's gel creme, if both were the exact same price i would probably go with Amore's,(Damn i love this stuff). but they're not, the Amore is almost twice the price of the La Mer, so i'll stick with La Mer.

First of all, I am a big Amore Pacific fan. My very sensitive skin doesn't react badly to any of the many AP products I've tried. The Time Response Skin Renewal Gel Creme is my favorite moisturizer. Living in a humid climate, it's light enough to wear year-round and doesn't clog my pores or make me break out. My skin is smoother and has a better texture than with any other moisturizer. It's not too heavy or too scented, in my opinion.
Three big negatives with this: The price is $400 and although it lasts a long time, that's still too high. The packaging is wasteful, non-recyclable, and not practical for travel. It needs to have sunscreen in it also. I'm surprised it doesn't.
I will continue to use this product because I see results that I dont' with other brands, and I have tried many.

This product claims to have all the "same powerful, age-transforming benefits" of Amore Pacific's original Time Response Crème but this version is a lighter, day time and/or warm weather formulation. This gel/cream contains botanicals including antioxidants from Green Tea, EGCG and aged Korean Red Ginseng. This combo of ingredients is designed to correct, protect and renew the skin. This new product contains the latest, greatest nano delivery technology so the ingredients better penetrate the layers of the skin (I definitely like that concept). I have been using samples of this during the day for over a month. It really feels lovely on my dry skin, is moisturizing and firming without being greasy, doesn't slough, cake or flake (like some gel prods do on me), does not cause problems or reactions on my rosacea prone, sensitive areas and works very well in conjunction with my various primers and foundations. I haven't been all that dazzled by other Amore Pacific items I've tested, but this seems to be a fine product recommended to me by someone in the industry whose judgement I respect, albeit very pricey at $400 for 1.7oz. It's a bit more scented than I prefer and doesn't contain sunscreen either. UPDATE 6/22/09: A couple of months ago, after using a lot of samples, I bought the full size. Turns out, I am 100% disgusted by the container. It is a HORRIBLE design!!! Kind of an upside down plastic piece that doesn't quite fit right over a metal bottom. It does not stay tightly closed and is confusing to use. I took it on a trip and it leaked ALL over my makeup bag and everything in there was a sticky, gloppy mess. FOR $400, that is NOT okay with me. I have decreased my overall lippies from 5 to 3 accordingly (I am being generous by giving this 3 lippies because, despite the crummy container, the product IS really good). NO way would I buy this again after losing 75% of it through leakage, though!
