For its price point, this is fantastic. I hope it sticks around because I have noticed that the Sunsilk product range in stores is dwindling! (Stores used to carry a whole range of styling products as well as the shampoo & conditioner sets but all the styling products in every store I've been to no longer carries their styling.)

I have only ever used this with the matching conditioner and together, they make my straight (but usually poof-ball after it dries) hair fall nicely and as if each strand falls closer to each other somehow... HOWEVER, I do have very dry hair that is VERY damaged and prone to frizz and while it works no miracles on that, I understand now that I need a product AFTER the shower to help that. But I have to say that the Sunsilk Straight to Perfection set is one of my favorites. For my hair, works better than Herbal Essences, Pantene, Garnier, etc. I'm so surprised that Herbal is more popular than Sunsilk because I do like Sunsilk's products more than any of those brands I listed above... I do understand it could just be an individual hair thing too though!

I am surprised at the rating of this shampoo! I feel it deserves a higher rating... I find that this shampoo cleans my hair relatively well without making it feel brittle and dry (while in the shower with wet hair before conditioner; I always use the matching conditioner right after rinsing out the shampoo so what I mean is that it doesn't make it feel as "stripped" and brittle as some other shampoos I have tried). While I have never used it alone without the conditioner, I do feel that if I were to compare this shampoo without conditioner to other shampoos I've used without conditioner, that my hair would feel less dry and more smooth. Partnered with the conditioner and it works quite well for my hair.

I really like this product...it makes my hair light, shiny and straight...I will recommend this...

Not the best, doesn't provide perfect results, but it does an alright job at trying. It does make my hair feel nice and soft though. And it smells nice.

Ablolutely useless product.Didn't really do anything to straighten my hair and left it dry.Plus,it smells weird

I love this shampoo <3 My hair was going through a really oily phase - no matter what expensive shampoo I used, it would just turn out like %@$#. I went to the store to look for a new straighting shampoo and my eye caught this one so I figured I'd give it a try. They [Shampoo & Conditioner] were both super cheap, $3.00 Canadian each and work AMAZINGLY. My hair feels soft and straight after each use, and my hair is now almost never tangly. Love!

I buy this shampoo regularly since it really degreases my oily scalp yet does not dry out my hair. My problem--the fragrance is way too
strong and smells like old-fashioned hair spray, so I really have to
rinse well.

I love this shampoo! It's my favorite! I love the smell, it makes my hair shiny and really smooth.
I really recommend it, and even if you don't like it, you wouldn't have wasted much money! It's only around 3 bucks! What a great price :)

This stuff smells terrible. It didnt rinse out well, and it smells very strong and very bad.

I didnt even notice if it did what it claimed to to. All I noticed was the smell.

I made the mistake of buying this to take with when I camped out in Mom's room last time she went to the hospital. Um, when she checked out the bottle did not.

This was my brand of shampoo & conditioner ages ago and surprisingly it's still works & this "straight to perfection" is even better.
