I have heriditary dark circles that no product has ever dramatically improved, but this product definitely lightens them some. The texture is lovely - a gel that glides on and absorbs quickly. I don't think it does much for wrinkles, but this is a great daytime eye cream that improves circles and puffiness, feels comfortable, and wears well under makeup.
