Oh God, this stuff was awful! One of the very few products I have returned. After reading Paula Begoun's (quick duck!) bible I have been a touch more savvy about antioxidants etc and the benefits of having a sunscreen that is more than a one trick pony, so this looked fantastic! I'm a long time user of ego sunscreen, so I assumed the invisible tint would be comparable with the product I currently used...plus the added benefit of AHA's and antioxidants! So wrong, I'll wrap up this whiney moan by saying the tint was this awful brown that looked OK in a sunless mirror, but aided by the honesty of sunlight the finish was awful, dark brown smears everywhere, ack.ack.ack

The smell was a bit strange and took some getting used to, but my main gripe is that although this was advertised as matte, it left my face looking greasy, nor did it stop it from melting all over my face in the summer. I like the packaging though as it's quite attractive and easy to carry around.

This sunscreen has a runny texture and a slight tint which will offers very slight to no coverage at all. First off, it is not matte at all, it left me with a slight dewy look, which quickly turned into a greasy look since i have oily skin. It also clogs my pores slightly, not as bad as some other ones but i did also get a massive cystic pimple from this (thank god it went away really quickly though). So no i wont buy this again, i don't even think i will finish the one i currently have, will probably bin it soon.

Age: 25-29 Skin: Combination, Fair, Neutral Hair: Brown, Straight, Fine Eyes: Green

Bemotrizinol 2.5% (tinosorb S)
Methylene bis-benzotriazolyl tetramethylbutylphenol 3%
Octyl methoxycinnamate 10%
Ciba SPF 30.7, PA+++ (PPD 11.9)
This product has a sheer tint, it's a natural neutral looking colour. The smell is a little bit sour, I suppose from the AHAs. It does fade after about half an hour though. It says it contains AHAs, vitamin E and B3. No full ingredients listing. The initial finish is very nice and matte, soaks in easily.
I will update in a couple of weeks when I see how my skin likes it.
EDIT
After one week of trialling on my forehead only I progressed to full face usage. At this point I realised it turned a fair bit darker when it dried than it appeared when wet. My skin is very pale and it was too dark on me. The tint also transferred onto clothing and balled up somewhat. I could have probably lived with those things if the protection was good and it wasn't going ot break me out but unfortunately, my forehead has started flaking and I am getting weird scabby bits I've never had before, kind of pimply but not pimples. Totally foul. I also now have breakouts on my chin including a massive really sore one and I am rather POed because I had finally gotten my skin totally clear before I tried this.
I'm returning it tonight!!!
