I just bought another one of these after my first one died on me (lasted about a year, but my mom and I did use it daily). I absolutely love it. It dries fast, is relatively quiet, and it does not make my hair snag at the ends (like my cursed Conair dryer does). There are only two reasons I don't give it a 5- it is a little heavy and I feel like that there may be something better out there, but I have yet to find it.

Love it! I have long, thick hair and this blow-dries it in no time flat (without drying it out). My hair is silky and soft, yet full. If you are debating on purchasing a CHI, give this a try instead. (Retails for about $38.00)
