I should have read more reviews before buying this. Got it on impulse in the store because i ran out of moisturizer and badly needed one. I was using samples of Nuxe creme fraiche which was super awesome, but figure that the price was too expensive (>7000yen!!) and decided to buy something else. I have combination skin on the dry side, and winter is approaching so i got this one. It felt good on the back of my hand. But after using for more than 2 weeks continuously, my skin broke out kinda bad. Red bumps started appearing, not good at all. The store refused to refund, so i have written to the company to see if they will refund, or at least let me exchange it with other products for the body. Never will i use Pangea products on my face again. Kinda risky, and will settle for milder smelling ones.

This cream was on sale for $9.99 @ Ricky's a boutique NYC beauty supply store which is why I purchased it -- as the original price would have had me balking -- I usually use La Roche Posay which I know is worth the price.
As with all their products -- it smells HORRIBLE. How they got roses to stink like that I'll never know.
I bought it because it said it was for dry skin but it honestly feels exactly like all the other ones -- which I tried each using a tester before buying this one.
Way more like a lotion than a cream. Really doesn't feel like it is moisturizing in fact my face felt a bit tight this morning. But I'm going to give it another week and see.

This cream is meant for "thirsty" skin, i.e. dry and dehydrated. Yet it doesn't feel much different in slip and texture from the other four moisturizers for all, oily, combination and acneic ("demanding") skin types, and I tested them all in the store because I had a hard time deciding which one to buy. I settled for this one because my skin is combination but on the dry side, and I like more moisture. But this cream doesn't really hydrate my skin as much as I thought it would. It felt nice when I applied it to my face after only splashing it with water, but when I use it after washing with a cleanser, it doesn't put enough moisture back into my skin. And using it after using the Pangea Organics cleanser, which dried out my face, didn't make my face feel any better. Plus, as with the cleanser, the creams all smell horrible.
