I love Lash Blast and Lash Blast Fusion, so I bought this (and had a coupon to get a free shadow out of it too). I don't notice a shimmer, really at all, but since I like the LB series (mostly) I decided to keep it. I got a good price and it doesn't clump and is nice for daytime wear. Simple, effective, however, I jump mascaras a lot so to buy again it has to wow me. I think I prefer the Fusion the most though, and I just picked up Million Lashes Diamonds by L'Oreal. We'll see how that holds up.

Considering the name, I’m not sure if this was the manufacturer’s intention, but these are my go-to daytime mascaras. The metallic finish is subtle, not flying all over the place; it opens and brings light into your eyes so they look fresh and bright and alert. I tend to grab Black Platinum (deep gunmetal) when I’m doing a smokier eye, and Black Cabernet (plummy reddish-brown) when I want an easier, softer no-makeup look. The wand scores big, too--I’m a nightmare with oversized brush heads, and somehow CG has found the perfect length, circumference and bristle density to keep me from making a spaz of myself. Help yourself to my love.

I actually really liked this product because it didnt wear off, it made my lashes darker & it added a little bit of shimmer to them. I loved the brush & the formula because the brush wasnt to big or too small & the formula didnt dry out quickly like the other mascaras ive bought in the past. & i also loved the brush because it never clumped my lashes.! continued >>

This product only does what every other lash blast product does. it does not make your lashes "shimmer or shine" all of the lash blast products do the same thing which is just simply add color, the label does not do what it says and it drys out really quick. I do not recommend buying

I love the way this makes my eyes pop. It can look a little grayish and grainy if used alone, but I usually use my regular Lash Blast Fusion, and then swipe a coat of this over to make my green/gold eyes look absolutely dreamy. It holds a great curl, gives great volume, and doesn't flake or smudge.

It's exactly like the original lash blast. It's supposed to have a bit of shimmer. I don't see any. I can't even detect a hint of shimmer. I like it enough to use it. But won't repurchase.

Honestly, this is just an average mascara.

Good:
Not clumpy at all, which is awesome. It's lengthening quality is good, but nothing spectacular. Best of all, it curls. I'm sometimes too lazy to use my curler, so I realised the wand really does curl it. I'm almost about to finish the product now, and I have to say I don't really think I need a curler now.

Bad:
Volumising-wise, it is below average, very little volume. There are also no glitters in this mascara at all, on the wand or on the lashes, which was actually the reason it made me buy this mascara. I was so disappointed when I saw absolutely no glitters. It's packaging also isnt too good for me. Love the bright orange, but it is so fat, it takes up so much space in my makeup bag on days that I bring it out.

Overall, disappointing and will not buy again.

A simple "oh my God" doesn't do this product justice--I LOVE this product. Makes my lashes thick and long and doesn't clump. One of the best mascaras I've ever used.

Okay so, I am Chinese, and have amazingly stubborn Asian eyelashes. it takes me a good 10-15min of curling, applying, and using a lash heater to get my lashes the way that I'd like them to be.

SO, to the point, I've heard good reviews for Cover Girl's lashblast mascara and was really disappointed by this purchase. It does make my eyelashes look thicker, but there's not much lengthening to it, nor does it hold my lashes curl very well on its own.

I do still use it over top my mascara that I love (Yves Rocher 360 Length mascara) just for the glitter, but even that you still cant see very well.

Personally, I would never purchase this product again.
