I received Rouge Absolut in Bordeaux (a deep, intense red much like the color of the wine it is named for) as part of a package of Lancome makeup...since it was a gift, I can't really comment on the price, but it sure looks and feels expensive! The lipstick glides on like silk and looks dramatic without looking overdone. The color lasts smoothly, no bleeding or caking. This is high-class lipstick and worth the extra dollars it probably costs!

I really like this! I recieved this in a swap (thanks Mary!!) and it's just a beautiful red color with just a hint of brown to make it a little deeper. Wears well and lasts for a while!
