I got this in a True Blue giftset. Having a product in a tube that you have to twist to dispense is weird. I like the concept, but rubbing the tube across knees and elbows is awkward. It's definitely not practical to use all over since it would take forever to spread the butter over larger body areas so it's definitely a spot treatment. The tube is convenient to carry in a handbag so I'm using it as a hand moisturizer. This "stick of butter" is definitely moisturizing with shea butter, soybean oil, wheat germ oil and vitamin E. The smell is slightly mediciney (not a plus) but it isn't strong so I don't think others will notice it. I wouldn't repurchase since I usually moisturize my entire body at once not just certain areas, and I have hand creams in more convenient tubes.
