The formula might feel light-weight when you dispense it from the bottle, but on my skin it feels very greasy and makes me look like a grease-ball! (and I don't even have very oily skin - combination). I like that it didn't have that typical "sunscreen" smell and was easy to blend in. I think it's best suited for drier skin types.

This product is one of the sunscreens I can use on my skin that doesn't make me oily. I don't think it causes me to break out.

I love this sunscreen. It's cheap, effective and is great for dry skin. The liquid texture makes it feel like a drink for my skin. I often use it in the mornings as a base under make up. I understand for people with oily skin it may make you too shiny but its perfect for dry skin. Inexpensive and the small bottle lasts deceptively long. Great packaging, no waste and no mess.

While I'm still on the hunt for the perfect facial sunscreen, this one isn't too bad. I use it under my BB cream for some extra SPF, so I never feel any negative finishing effects.. as far as that goes, I have no problems. It's protection from UV rays must be very good! I used this religiously during summer last year and I actually got paler.

They say that it's a gel sunscreen, but they should've really said that it was a liquid foremost; a liquid with just enough surface energy to also be called a "gel''.

The liquid is oily and oozy when you squeeze it out of the tube.
Although it absorbs into the skin well , my skin looks VERY shiny (it can't be due to the oil because my skin feels dry, so it must be due to the residual film or "veil")...I don't recommend.
Plus it doesn't seem to work well under my moisturiser; it pills off...this may mean it's not compatible with other skin care products.

If you have extremely dry and/or matured skin, this may help to add some much-needed shine to your complexion

My second time trying a product by Nivea. I needed a sunscreen with a minimum of SPF30+ to wear as a base under makeup, and bought this on sale. This is a very lightweight, non-greasy sunscreen. However, like another reviewer mentioned, it dries to a chemical sheen on the face which isn't very appealing. My foundation didn't sit well on top of this, either. Won't be repurchasing.

After buying this product at Priceline, I am still searching for a non tinted moisturiser with SPF.
The product looks and feels very light and creamy to touch however it 'dries' to a chemically sheen on my face. It also balls up when I touch it. I have used body sunscreens that are 'gel' style formula and this seems to be a similar product but it starts off as a cream. It really doesn't suit me at all. I just applied it at work as a touch up and 15 minutes later I still have a shiny face.
I'm not confident that it will stay put under makeup either which is the reason I purchased it.
The positives are that it's clear and the packaging is small enough to carry around (car, bag, desk at work).
I think it would be great to use as a body moisturiser/sunscreen on chest/neck and other exposed bits though so I'll keep it for that.

I tried this out for a week on my forehead to decide whether to use it on my whole face and my forehead started breaking out in that time so it didn't make it that far. I have attempted to use it up on my chest and arms but my SO said he didn't like the smell (I don't particularly either, it's got that really cucumbery fragrance and it lasts all day!)
This ingredients information was provided to me after I filled in a web enquiry form, only the actives are listed on the box.
