i was surprised by this bc for an oil it was not oily. i was expecting jojoba oil/argan oil consistency or something but not at all. it has the viscosity of water. literally. so i apply it by putting a few drops on the back of my hand, then using my fingers to dip into that and dab on parts of my face or mix with a cream. put it on my dry rough spots near the corners of my mouth and the flakiness has dissappeared. the texture of this solution is NOT OILY. if anything, it leaves kind of a squeaky feeling behind (the kind you get from washing with a bar soap). definitely give this a go, it seems MADE for mixtures with moisturizers (when i used to do that with jojoba oil, it made my face super greasy and super shiny.)

Really nice product. Makes me skin feel like a babies when I use it. Great for under the eyes or all-over. I just wish the bottle had a dropper in it. That way I would use less product that is probably my only complaint with it....

This is a nice product, but I prefer using actual organic Rosehips seed oil to this. The MB rosehips is watered down and contains glycerin (which I found that I break out from). I use regular rosehips seed oil by placing a few drops on my palms and patting onto my skin. If I want it thinned out I add water to it in my hand. It really makes my skin glow. It is also 1/3 the price of MB. Organic Rosehips Seed oil is about $9.95 for 4oz (MountainRoseHerbs.com or GardenOfWisdom.com) compared to MB 1oz of watered down product for around $20.

Love this! It's light and non-greasy and it helped my SUPERDRY skin become more moisturized and comfortable. I use it under my moisturizer in the morning and over a few weeks it has absolutely changed my skin. Fragrance free and pretty. I pour 4-5 drops into my palm, then press my palms together and press them into my face and neck. Then I let it soak in for a few minutes and apply my moisturizer. Really like this!

I have rosacea and in winter I need more moisturizer than the enriched Cetaphil. I use a few drops of this mixed with the moisturizer and my skin is happy.

Oooh Oooh Oooh- where do I begin! I love MB products, they're natural, effective and cost efficient for what you get. I love the Rose Hips Oil, it's light and absorbs quickly, yet really moisturizes my face. The packaging is genious, I love the dropper top, and I can see this bottle lasting me a long time so the price was no deterrent. I use this under the Cellufirm Moisturizer at night and am left with smooth, baby soft, moisturized skin!

I got this product last week as I developed a serious allergy reaction to la roche-posay. So I took the trouble to go back to the Nordstrom and bought a whole bunch of mario products because in the past, I had quite a pleasant experience using mario rosacea product line.
first of all, this is not a 100% pure rose hips oil, but the good thing about it is that you don't have to mix rose hips extract with water when you buy the high concentrate.
This mixture is gentle and moisturizing even for my hypersensitive/couperose skin. I put several drops all over my face and neck before applying my control cream. It seals moisture quite well and is neither overly greasy nor fragrant. I don't have any allergy reaction to it so far and I felt comfortable wearing it under makeup too.

Pros: This is GREAT for the undereye area. Rosehip Oil is recommended for that and this is no different. It's also has anti-oxidents.
Cons: Even though it is called an oil, it isnt. It is a watery extract. I happen to LOVE oils and I still cant get used to how watery it is. It just pours out of the bottle and more comes outr than what I need.
Still it's very reasonable priced and I wouldnt be adverse to buying this again if I ever run out of other brands of rose/rosehip oils to try. continued >>

Great for after I break out and my skin is in the healing process. It helped heal my skin faster. Just use it in the area that needs attention.
