I have this in 01/Moonstone --- its a great brow bone highlighter; goes on smooth not overly shimmery.

This is a liquid shimmer product.
I add some to my body lotion and put on my legs and arms for special events. I sometimes use on my face (dabbing on underneath my eyes and around my temples). But, for my face, I prefer a similar product from Chanel.
