This stuff is perfect! I had to use it morning and night for a week till I noticed it working, but now I can't go a day without it!
Not a fan. I have not noticed any difference to my under eye area. The packaging is unsanitary. The only thing I like about this is the scent.
I love this product. It smells fresh and leaves your skin soft and dewy. I love the jar. It also lasts a very long time. Mine lasted 6 months. Its easy to travel with since it's so small and light weight. I will purchase this again.
Goes on smooth and dries down quickly, but does not provide much moisture. On the plus side, it has that great Aveda scent.
I use this eye cream twice a day, everyday, and I like it. It moisturizes nicely without making the skin under my eyes look greasy or shiny. No milia. It leaves a nice, soft finish on my skin. I do not use liquid or stick concealer under my eyes, so I cannot speak to how well that would or wouldn't work. But I do use a powder foundation all over my face (Laura Geller Balance 'N Brighten SPF 15 - which I also use under my eyes because it is non-drying and leaves a fresh, almost dewy finish), and it works beautifully with this eye cream. It doesn't cause the makeup to pill, crease or settle in lines. Just looks nice and soft. I like it.
The eye cream does absolutely nothing in terms of helping reduce fine lines etc. The only thing it does it moisturise. Waste of money and will not be purchasing again.
This is a great hydrating eye cream with natural ingreients which does not sting or irritate the eye lid area, which in itself is a miracle. My concealer goes on better because it's more smoother and moisturized. i'm in awe of the fact that I can use a product for the eyelid area that does not cause swollen, puffy and red eyes. I want an eye cream that works well on the entire lid area and this does exactly that.
This is the worst eye cream I've ever tried. It would probably be quite nice if you don't wear any concealer, brightener, etc. under your eyes, but if you do, stay away from this. It absolutely does not work with makeup. It turns concealor into a crepey, goopy mess. I tried putting the makeup on right away and that was a huge mess. I tried waiting several minutes for it to soak in, and then it almost got sticky. I do like how it feels when you put it on, but only if it's the only thing going on your face.
I'm so upset that I spent $45 on this. It's a HUGE waste of money. I'm actually so disappointed in this product that it will probably be the last Aveda skincare product I buy.
I've tried a lot of eye cremes, even la mer and this is my favorite.
-Absorbs quickly (I always have the problem where eye cream, melts into my eyes and stings my eyes cus it doesn't absorb enough or fast enough.
-Moisturizes really well.
-a little goes a long way.
Whenever I go into the Aveda store I always ask for a free sample, and that little tube last a LONG time, So far I've gone 6+ months and still only using the 2 small sample sizes, and I still have a lot left. A little goes a very long way.
With consistent use I've noticed a big difference in my eyes. I don't have wrinkles yet so I'm not sure how well it works for really heavy duty wrinkles or fold, but it works great for my late 20's eyes.
The skin around my eyes get really dry, and this works great to keep the skin soft and smooth to prevent wrinkles and fine lines.
I had not really a permanent wrinkle, but it was a dark wrinkle between my eye and nose from stress, sun and lack of sleep, which was pretty noticeable from afar, it looked like I had a dark scar, but after some R&R and this cream am & pm, the dark fold had smoothened out and you can barely see it anymore. I'm glad i was able to prevent it before it got too worse.
When I can't talk my way into more free samples, I'll have to buckle down and buy the actual bottle.
Go and ask for a free sample. They don't hand it out like candy, so you have to talk your way to it, but the SA's are always really nice and give you hand massages. I usually walk out with their products, but the green science line is just SO expensive..
this is an ok product but didn't do anything that special.
absorbs well, works well under make up too
does not irritate/sting eyes at all if you get it in your eyes
lightweight so it does not cause milia or puffiness
well, it just didn't seem to do anything. It didn't help my fine lines at all. It moisturizes, but it's a little pricey for just a decent moisturizer. I used it for maybe a month? maybe I should have just used it longer since the ingredient list is good...
