The name of this product is misleading. I expected a thicker very moisturizing product. Not the case. This is very thin and not very moisturizing. I love the Simple line but this is one product that disappointed me. I won't repurchase
Great product! I'd had been using a Lancôme eye cream for about 2 years when all of a sudden it started making my eye lid red, itchy and swollen. I tried this and it worked great! I'm on my second tube and it moisturizes my skin without irritation.
I was disappointed. When I tried to use it at night, this product made my eyes feel tight, not moisturized and refreshed. It was actually uncomfortable. It works much better for morning, although I really don't feel there is anything special about it. I will use up the tube and then switch to something else. I'll go back to my more expensive eye cream for nighttime.
My eyes have been very puffy and irritated lately so I decided to try this eye cream out since it wasn't too expensive and the ingredients looked decent. It helps with the puffiness and dry lines, makes my eyes feel refreshed. Wears very well under makeup, too. Highly recommended!
Ingredients:
Water (Aqua, Eau), Glyceryl Stearate, PEG-100 Stearate, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Bisabolol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Sodium Hyaluronate, Cyclopentasiloxane, Cetearyl Alcohol, Polyacrylamide, C13-14 Isoparaffin, Cyclohexasiloxane, Chlorhexidine Digluconate, Laureth-7, BHT, Phenoxyethanol
The Simple range is good for sensitive skin, including mine. Although its great for sensitive skin, it still does not contain a huge range of natural ingredients which I find much better for sensitive/ problem skin. Why use alcohol in this product - it IS an unnecessary ingredient!
HOWEVER, this eye balm is actually very good. It doesn't upset my skin that is prone to getting sore from using products. As the eye area is so delicate, I am always conscious of what I use in this area. I would gladly buy this product again as the balm is non greasy, absorbable and glides over the skin well (although it could be cheaper!).
It comes in a handy tube rather than a pot, so it allows you to apply the product directly on the area - and its more hygienic.
I use the balm at night to soothe my eyes, and in the day time I use an SPF eye cream.
Hope this helps! x

Yes this cream is more hydrating than using no cream but otherwise I see no benefit from using this. I wouldn't give it such a low rating but I find this irritates my eyes even when applied far away from the eyeline. The worst thing about it is I find it leaves a sort of tight uncomfortable feeling on my skin that I can feel all day. Definitely not repurchasing!
An excellent every day eye cream. Before using this, I had patchy dry eczema skin on my eyelids which I had trouble getting rid of since the eye area is very delicate and steroid creams are a big no-no for use there.
After looking through reviews on MUA, I decided that this would be the most suitable for my dry, sensitive eye are and some reviewers had said that this cleared up their dry skin on their eyes. It's one of the best skincare decisions I've made by far!
Not only has the dry skin cleared up after about two weeks of everyday use (my patches were really dry and flaky!), this is great as an eye cream even under make-up. It absorbs almost immediately, hydrates the skin and acts as a base for my concealer.
I bought this for £3.73 at the local drugstore, which is really cheap and I love the packaging, in a tube and very hygienic. Really great for dry, sensitive skin. Would most definitely re-purchase.

Really really nice product. Comes in a little tube which is very hygienic to use (no dipping fingers in a tub), and it lasts a long time. It feels very lovely and refreshing/ cooling to the eye area, it feels such a treat to use and it costs only about £4. Brilliant.

I really like this, it's very soothing and calming on the eyes. However b/c I have fairly dry skin, on my very flaky days, this doesn't seem to combat the problems. So it works on good days but bad days not so much and I find myself having to put the Derma Intensive Relief Cream or Vaseline on top of it to increase the moisture and hydration. Overall I would really recommend this. The price is kind of expensive compared to all the other simple products. How can an eye cream be £4.07 when a bottle of moisturiser is £3.25? Maybe it has more complex ingredients.
