This is nowhere near moisturising enough for the very dry skin on my face, but is a fabulous body moisturiser for my sensitive skin. It absorbs well (I hate greasy lotions on my body) and really does seem to calm irritation, redness and keratosis pilaris. I'd rather the big 250g tub came in a pump pack for ease of use but will repurchase because the cream works so well for me. The nice people at MooGoo seem to think this is their most emollient cream and is enough for dry facial skin, but as a dry-faced gal I can confidently say - it's not - there isn't really anything in their range that's hydrating enough for very dry facial skin.

As much as I love the idea of using natural products on my skin, they need to work.
I really thought being a "Full Cream" product meant that this would be very rich and moisturising on my dry skin.
I think there is a large amount of water to oil ratio in this product because it was wet not creamy on application, took a long time to absorb and my skin did not look or feel moisturised. I applied again which was a little better but my skin felt dry within an hour and I was looking to remoisturise with another product.
I have used this product for a while now and have noticed no improvement there are cheaper natural products on the market which do a better job.
I don't know if these products are more for "Normal" skin, maybe they need to bring out a range for mature "Dry" skin.
Their site has some lovely positive feedback which was encouraging but maybe they need to be more transparent and show ALL the feedback.
Lovely smell but thats about it.

I bought this product about five days ago after hearing good things about it. I am already absolutely in love with moogoo. I have sensitive, pale skin and quite an uneven skin tone. But this cream has cleared my skin right up! I have no pimples at the moment and my skin tone is looking really really clear and even. If you have tried everything and nothing works to clear your skin up definitely try this! It's like a miracle cream. For me anyways. It feels thick on the skin but doesn't break me out like other products. I use it every morning and night after wasting my face and it soaks right in.

I'm onto my second tub of this heavenly smelling and effective cream! Initially I bought it to heal my cracked heels. Later I discovered that not only does it keep my heels soft and smooth (need to slough the heels daily with the pumice stone first), it works well everywhere else on my body, too! Too heavy for my combi/oily skin on my face though.
I use it liberally morning and night on my hands and elbows with a couple of drops of rosehip oil and it keeps them uber smooth.

I bought this at a chemist for somewhere between $10-$15 AU (75g tube, see picture).

Ingredients: Purified Water, Almond Oil, Olive Oil, Olive Squalene, Virgin Coconut Oil, Emulsifying Wax, Milk Protein, Allantoin (Comfrey Root Active), Aloe Vera, Glycerol Caprylate, Vitamin E, Apple Cider Vinegar, Piroctone Olamine, Guarsilk, Honey, Apple Extract, Hop Extract

I was initially drawn to this for the natural ingredients. I have used it 3 times so far and would like to use it a little longer as I haven't seen any noticable effects. It does appear to moisturise - my skin isn't dry or tacky or anything - but I feel like it could be softer and more dewy.
Personally I find the smell unpleasant, like off milk, but I only noticed this when applying it. As soon as it sinks in the smell is gone.
The moisturiser is a little watery and leaves my skin feeling like there is a very fine layer of oil on it. That's not saying its shiny or anything, but it doesn't feel 100% absorbed, like I could wear makeup say 10 mins after putting it on.
The packaging is cute (a cardboard box shaped like a milk carton), and the tube itself is simple and basic. I haven't had a problem with it so far, but I guess it would depend on the size of the product you're buying.
Overall, reserving judgement to see if it will be something I'd buy again. At the moment I'm leaning towards no (mostly because of the smell and the absorption), so I'll keep using for a month and update.

UPDATE: 17/4/12
Have gotten used to the scent and have found it makes my skin much more soft and elastic. +1 more lippie in review, and I'll be trying other MooGoo products in the future. Changed to purchasing again

I love this stuff. I use it all over on my psoriasis-covered, itchy sensitive skin, and almost straight away my skin feels softer and smoother. It is light in consistency, but very moisturising - it seems to last all day, whereas other body butters etc usually leave my skin dry again after a couple of hours. While it's not 'curing' my psoriasis, it is making it a hell of a lot better, and clearing some borderline patches.
Packaging is basic, and it's not cheap, but I consider it very good value for the price. Definately recommend without hesitation.

This is the best moisturiser I have used, and I have tried so many! My skin used to be quite acne prone and I would still describe it as combination, however since I started using this moisturiser (about 3 months ago) my skin has improved so much. I also use their Oil Cleansing Method product for combination skin and together they have worked beautifully. I have tried so many products from Dermalogica to Clinique, to cheap supermarket brands for my skin and nothing has impressed me quite like Moogoo. My skin feels so soft, even-toned, and I feel like I have younger, healthier skin and a glow. I love the smell of their products and the way Full Cream just melts into my skin as I massage it in. I have also used the Moogoo MSM Soothing Cream which is equally as awesome however I reserve that for when my skin seems irritated or is breaking out -which is not very often now- All in all it is clear that myself and many others are in love with the Moogoo product range and I will be sticking with it!

I Love Moogoo full cream!!!
I have been suffering from Keratosis Pilaris (KP) since 12yo, it covers my arms and back, which makes me avoid wearing tank top or Y back tops. And I have extremely dry skin in Winter, very itch and can't help myself from scratching. Tried almost all body oil or 'butter' that claims can help still won't work. This Winter was awful, woke in the middle of the night scratching. I found this product from google, and its easy to buy in local health store, good price, then why not give it a go.
I can see a significant improvements just after one week (use it day and night). Those rough bumpy skin soften a lot, and the redness reduced significantly!!! It helps to calm my itch dry skin, I can finally have a good sleep!!!! It amazed me!!!

I bought this a few weeks ago because, well, I'm a sucker for organic products and I've been looking for something that would smooth out my skin for a decent price without any additives that would make it bad for me. This...this product is amazing. It makes my skin so smooth and keeps it moisturized without breaking me out. It smells lovely and because it doesn't immediately sink into the skin upon initial application, you get to massage it in and promote blood flow to the face. Recommend it absolutely, and is cheap as hell for what you get!

I usually have oily skin, but nowadays my skin is just iritated and dry which is very odd.
I heard about Moogoo in a magazine and heard that it was organic, I was immediately sold!
When my skin started to feel irritated and a little painful(?) I went to a health store and I purchased this in a tub.
I have to say, the price of it in Australia is very reasonable, especially when it is organic (i find organic products slightly pricier than other normal products)
Well I have to say my skin feels very comfortable and moisturised but not greasy at all.
It really helped soothe it, and I would definitely encourage anyone to try it.
It also works really well as a body moisturiser so if it doesn't work out for your face, its great for the body.
So in summation, the organic products really does a great job for my skin!

So we(myself, daughter and son) have been using for a whole month now..i wanted to see how it was going to work before posting a review it is a wonderful product. It can be used on the face/body without any problems and its SUPER LIGHT yet VERY MOISTURIZING. I basically bought this for my daughter who was suffering with severe dry/red cheeks..when i used this on her the first time it went down 90% and now its completly gone. I have tried tons of products which did nothing for her but this cream is AMAZINGGGG. I dont know how it works but it does..sinks in super quickly, its very light but it moisturizes so deeply.I have never tried so many creams that work initially but after a while they dont. I just lovee this cream, it can be used on the face/body with no problems. Did i mention it smells awesome a milky buttery smell.
The only con is the wait time for this product to ship from Australia..but the guys at Moogoo are super awesome, they ship super fast.

Yay! I bought my tub today and love it.
I have the other moisturisers however found that they weren't the right consistency for day wear in winter. This is perfect for me! I use this on my face and hands. It is so beautiful!!!!
I love how natural this product and the range is in general.
I would prefer if the moisturiser came in another type of tub, like in a tube or something like that to keep it hygienic.
It takes some gentle massage to get it to sink in properly but it doesn't take long.
I highly recommend the Full Cream!
Thanks to all the other reviewers of the product that helped me to realise this is def the one for me and thanks to the makers of the product!
UPDATE - I found a store that sold the MSM Soothing Cream and I now use this as my staple face moisturiser. It has really helped reduce the redness in my skin from active acne. It is based very strictly on the Full Cream formula with the addition of MSM.
I also need to add how soft the rest of my body is using the Full Cream. It is so incredibly soft and still comes very highly recommended.

I think I have bought 8 tubs of this already. All for myself, because I almost want to keep MooGoo my secret. This is the ONLY moisturiser that my boyfriend likes and will use, because it's moisturising, non-greasy, and doesn't hurt his hands (in winter he gets cracked skin but some moisturisers actually sting him). This is the ONLY moisturiser that I reach out for when it's cold, and my skin feels dry.
I love the no-fuss tub packaging. I love the thick, creamy consistency of it - and yet all of it sink into the skin, although not too quickly. That makes it perfect for a quick back massage. I use it all over, including as hand cream. Keeps my hands soft!
I don't know what else to say apart from asking you to try it for yourself. It really is very comforting. The price isn't so bad considering I used to shell out AU$95 for a bottle of Aesop's lotions, whereas MooGoo is a quarter of that.
So far I've only been able to obtain it online, but if you get lots of products at once, it works out to be cheaper since they only make you pay the one flat shipping fee!

I absolutely adore this product. I really like it is one of the best products I have used for my face. A popular cream in my household. absorbs very quickly. Pleasant/subtle fragrance. Very gentle on my skin. Love it! All make the effort to repurchase again in the future. I don't mind the tub! My skin is smooth, appears radiant. I use this in the morning. Could use it day and night happily if I was without my regular night lotion. I suggest you give this ago!

Love it! Been using it for about 4 days now and my skin soaks it up so fast. My skin is so smooth and not getting spottier. It's actually very matte. My face doesn't produce a tonne of oil anymore or drying (combination face yeehaah!).
I have the 75g pump which is hygienic. I want to get the larger one next but am reluctant because of the tub. I would prefer it comes in the squeeze tube like the skin milk.
I love it, but would probably try the anti-ageing one next just out of curiosity. My skin is very dry in winter and my skin has not flaked at all while using this.
Highly recommend this to anyone who has tried everything to clear their skin and nothing has worked.
Update: My skin has been the clearest it has been in a year thanks to Moogoo! I switched to another product because I'm staying at my bf's house and my skin got spotty again so Moogoo is definitely the life saver for my face! I will probably never stray again :) I bought the large tub already and it's actually not so bad. I love it's all in one functionality.

This is the only brand that I'm loyal to when it comes to skincare. The smell is gorgeous, like sweet almond icecream and isn't artificial fragrance. moogoo is available at many health stores and selected pharmacies or online and the price is very affordable for me. I use the full cream for my body and i love that i'm not only using something thats incredibly effective (most organic brands tend to be rubbish for me) but ingredients that my skin loves. nothing chemical or inferior!
this is top quality cream at an affordable price thats an absolute pleasure to use. not greasy in the slightest, leaves my skin smooth supple and lightly scented. a real treat.

I love Moogoo because of the natural ingredients with no toxic/irritating additives - which so many brands have nowadays. I use the Full Cream for my face moisturiser every day and for my body on occasion. I love how it sinks into my pores right after the shower and keeps my face hydrated and really moisturises - unlike those that just sit on your skin after putting it on.
As implied by the name, this product isn't thick or heavy. It does take a while to sink in your skin however. Love this and will continue to use it! I also have the Udder Cream which is similar but has a thinner texture.
EDIT: Ok after trying to chop and change and switch my moisturisers, I have decided that Moogoo is the BEST moisturiser I have ever used for my face. It's my HG product and I'm going to stay forever faithful to it, despite being a serial sampler! It makes my face soft, smooth and glowy and is so versatile that you can use it for your body as well. It works in winter and in summer and it moisturises so well without leaving you oily.
I love Moogoo Full Cream and totally recommend it to everyone!

Bought this product after seeing it at local chemist and reading the raves on its website (moogoo.com.au) and on Vogue forum (Australian). It contains natural, non-irritating ingredients and no petrolum/mineral oils. Designed for sensitive skin, with great results from psorasis/ezcma suffers. I have sensitive skin prone to allergies, so I thought I'd try it.
Texture: creamy but light, easily absorbed. Not sticky/oily/heavy.
Scent : light milky scent, (variable as these are made by hand and each batch can smell different.). Though after a few days it changed to an unappealing 'milk-gone-off' scent. Non-perfumed - scent is from natural ingredients - milk protein and apple cider vinegar.
Moisturization: does a good job on my skin without being thick! (Though my very dry hands soaks it up and is still a bit dry)
Overall: great for sensitive skin - can be used top to toe! I love a multipupose product!
Cons: plastic jar packaging means ingredients quickly deteriorates on opening. I keep mine in fridge and scoop out a bit (in a smaller sterlized jar) to use as needed. Saves me dipping fingers in the big jar.
*update* gave me tiny bumps (thats the closest I get to pimples, as I rarely get them, lucky me) on forehead/nose, so I'm only using on cheeks and body.

This is a pleasant thick cream that sinks in fairly well and has a gorgeous vanilla fragrance. The downside is that by the time you've paid for the product plus the postage and handling (online retailer only) it really isn't worth the price. There are more and more natural or organic products coming on the market all the time, so check out your local health food store or even the chemist for an alternative. This does a good job of moisturising without stickiness and leaving skin hydrated and feeling good, but once again, the price.
