This is a great moisturizer. I usually prefer creams to oils, but this stuff works. To give you a bit of a reference point, I have very sensitive, acne-prone and combination skin. It is very difficult for me to find products that don't break me out or irritate my sensitive skin, don't make my face a desert or oil slick, and are completely natural. I am willing to spend a little bit of cash, but not excessive amounts. That being said, this moisturizer fits the bill. It must be applied sparingly and to a moist face, and it must be allowed a few minutes to sink in.
The moisturizer is actually helping to normalize my skin, making it less oily and less dry. It has not caused any whiteheads or enlarged pores. I use it mostly at night, and wake up with beautiful, radiant skin.
UPDATE: Cystic acne!! Can't use anymore!
