Most/all of my skincare is from Qiora, so naturally I have this one as well. I've been using it at night before sleeping, and only occasionally in the morning. I don't have dark circles or bags under my eyes to begin with, so I don't really know if this product actually does anything. Also, this is the first eye cream I've ever used, so I can't compare it with anything else.

I had purchased this item at a Shiseido boutique. It was recommended to me, although I was actually interested in buying the Shiseido Benefiance Anti-Wrinkle Eye Cream (based on MUA reviews).
I give it a score of 2 (1 = packaged in a tube and 1 = for its lightness, easy absorbency, & not being greasy).
Luckily, I only tried out their free sample and noticed right away my skin's reaction. I'm returning it as after two days of application, I noticed that I've gotten white spots (Milia) on my eye lids.
In terms of hydration/moisture, I don't see any remarkable change.
I'm definitely NOT buying this and staying away from it. Watch out as it's new in the market.

This product is nothing special. It definitely doesn't give enough of moisture. And it's a very poor makeup base, making shadows crease within an hour. The texture is light, it doesn't irritate my eyes but it doesn't add any good either.
The cream version is great though.
