I bought this (along with Coralberry and Kiss Me Coral) when everyone was going crazy for coral lips and maybe corals/oranges aren't really my thing. This is a pink-based coral that's creamy and opaque. The MD line isn't my favorite because of the awful floral smell and chemical taste, the smell lingers a bit but will go away eventually. This is the only one I kept out of the three, but I can't wear it without blotting it. This is definitely a summer color as it looks a bit strange when I'm pale.

This color is the exact dupe for Smashbox Melondrama. I know it swatched it on hand side by side and very identical. Its also a great dupe for MAC Crossfire.
I have found my summer 2012 color! Its super longwearing, and face lights up when I wear it!
The reason why I'm rating this a 4 and not a 5 is. Revlon has an inconsistent color. When I first bought this lipstick it was maybe 70% orange, 30% pink, so I returned it thinking its a bright tangerine, and the reviews didnt match the color. Then I bought this again thinking I may have tried this in the wrong lighting. And my new tube is 60% fuschia pink and 40% orange. The second tube I'm describing is the dupes I have listed above. I hope i had a bad tube the first time time. I love my second tube and I will buy this again. But if my third tube is not 60/40 ratio, I will update my review, and just mentally breakdown and buy Melondrama.

This color is so beautiful! It's a great coral with just enough pink to flatter many skintones. Something about it brightened my face up so well, even my boyfriend complimented the shade! I'm very fair, on that note. I applied it during the rest of my makeup application in the morning and it lasted through lunch (which I did a touchup after anyway because I'm very particular, but the color had hardly budged!), and even through my strenuous workout. The formula is pretty creamy but not to the point where it slips off of your lips. There was no feathering like many bright lipsticks tend to get. This gets an A+ from me, a new staple in my makeup bag!

I have to say, I do really like this product. The smell and taste is reminiscent of dryer sheets, which is unpleasant, but I can get past that. The taste doesn't even last long, and if I chew gum I don't even notice it! I bought this in Blase Apricot and something I thought was interesting was that the color shown on revlon's website is completely different from what it actually is. I REALLY like the color, it's a bright coral-y color, but it's not obnoxious.
While this was called moon drops, it wasn't INCREDIBLY moisturizing. I expected a little more.

I really wanted to like this color since warm lipsticks suit me and my warm skin tone but alas this color was too bright. Too orange. Almost like the MAC amplified formulas, which do not look good on me. If you like warm peach like colors try revlons coralberry. Love that shade, not this one so much. Oh well.

A wonderful summer lipstick to add to your collection. The moondrop formula is much shimmery-er than the Superlustrous one, but I find that they stay on much longer too.
This is a nice corally apricot color that has a bit of pink in it. I normally don't need to wear a lipliner with these because they are very good coverage and long wearing.
They smell pretty bad though...so if you're sensitive to that kind of stuff, beware. Love the retro packaging though.

I bought this at my local cvs store since they had a sale for it. I was a bit intimidated by the bright color but when I applied it I found the color to be quite pretty. Its a pretty color when swatched on my hand, like a pinkish coral but on lips, it just didn't turn out the way I expected it to be. I'm a fair skinned Asian girl, and I just didn't think it suited me. The packaging is ok, but oh my gosh the scent! It's very strong, like a powdery perfume kind of scent. When I applied it to my lips I was a bit put off by the smell. I gave it three stars because I really thought the color was pretty.

I adore the color of this lipstick but I felt I should do a review to warn people about the smell, I can't believe more people have not mentioned it. It is so strong, doesn't fade for hours and it tastes like perfume. I wear this sometimes and put up with the smell, but I have to pop mints the whole day because my mouth tastes horrible. I'm not that sensitive to scents so I could deal with it but the taste makes me regret buying it and I'm going to try out MAC vegas volt and hope it's similar!

I was immediately so attracted to this colour when I was checking out the lipsticks at the Revlon display at Walmart. The Moon Drops lipsticks are all so bold and out there. But still wearable. I was expecting it to be more orange than pink, to be honest. But I still love it. Revlon's lipsticks are amazing. I think this Moon Drops line is overlooked. I recommend this shade if you're looking for a punch of colour for the summertime.

In French, "Blasé Apricot" would translate to "Sophisticated Apricot." So fitting. : )

I usually don't write reviews, but this is the perfect bright lipstick for spring and summer! It's the perfect coral with a hint of pink. It's bright but not obnoxious, so it's very wearable for daytime. The formula is so smooth and creamy, and I actually prefer it to MAC lipsticks. I agree with the person below that it's perfect for fair skinned girls...but I can still see this looking good on all skin tones too. I've gotten so many complements wearing this lipstick!

This product caught my eye because reviews said it was good for people with fair skin. I agree! Coral/orange/apricot shades are so 'in' right now, but none worked with my skin tone. This is a winner!

This may look good on very pale skin but did not do anything for me and btw, I am NC 30. IMO, the shade is pretty bluh and more orange than anything else that I have seen-

I had no idea what was hiding in the Revlon display with these, the moon drops lipsticks are absolutely fantastic with bright colors in a creamy, non-drying formula. This one in particular is wonderful, I'm NW15 and this gorgeous coral is bright enough to make a statement but not too bright that I can't wear it during the day. It's a great balance of pink and orange. The formula is, as I said, creamy and applies easily and beautifully. There is no feathering and it fades evenly. Lasting power was about 5 hours before I noticed any visible fading. Once in awhile I applied balm, but overall my lips never felt dry or patchy like they do with say MAC lipsticks. Yes, there is a perfumey smell, but it faded rather quickly in my opinion. Be aware though that these do smell. Price is wonderful for what you get and there are always coupons and buy 1 get 1 deals. Packaging is cute, I dig the green and gold. Wonderful product and I will buy again, this is HG for me for sure.

I have very fair, rosy skin (probably NW15), and this lipstick suits me perfectly: it's a lovely coral, halfway between pink and orange. The texture is smooth, the color long-lasting. And unlike many people, I love the old-fashioned powdery scent of the Moon Drops lipsticks. Highly recommended.

It's pretty close to MAC Vegas Volt only with more orange than pink coral. I have both to compare. They have the same intensity and pigment. Moon Drops lipsticks deserve more credit. You can never find shades like this at the drugstore! They keep them close to the bottom shelf, and there's a lot to choose from. I used to think they were brights that grandma's wore, but these are hot and well worth the price of $8 or less. Update: Ok, I was in a drugstore and found an old tube of this brand that was already open. You can tell if you have an old tube if you cannot see the shade at the top through clear plastic. So I opened it to see if the scent was a lot different. It is so much lighter now than it was! I couldn't believe how strongly scented these used to be and now I hardly notice them. Don't buy the older tubes because in most cases you'll regret it. That scent could be the only complaint people might have over these. It's not offensive, just a retro floral scent. They are a gem in the drugstore. I uploaded some retro ad pictures for Moon Drops.

I bought this on my "It's spring 2011, and I need orange" craze, because this looked very orange in the tube! (or maybe it was the lighting because once I got home it looked pinkish coral) Anyways, I use this on days where I want to be bright but don't want it to be an orange that would freak out everyone in my conservative town hahaha. I love the color; just knocked off a lippie because of the horrible detergent scent.. I'd buy again if I ever ran out. I doubt I will though. Also, this leaves behind a pretty tint on your lips. Top it with a MAC Cremesheen gloss, and you're good to go! I used Richer Lusher today on top of the remaining tint.. BEAUTIFUL!

There is no better instant mood booster than a gorgeous shade of bright lipstick. I remember reading somewhere that during the 1930's depression era, lipstick sales actually increased due to women being able to enjoy a sense of romance and glamour during difficult financial times. I would not be surprised if Revlon is making a comeback due to the recession going on now because this is an amazing quality lipstick, as good or better than some of my MAC and other highend lipsticks. This popcycle apricot orange is a sumptutous retro shade that would look good on everyone. What I love about vintage lipstick shades: the colors never seem to go out of style and I get a lot of compliments when I wear them. I just wore this color yesterday and was asked what color and brand it was. I adore the green tube this comes in which makes it easy to find when I'm searching through all my lipstick colors. I am very impressed with Revlon lipsticks and the best part is that you can find them on sale at Walgreens!

Soft but bright, if that makes sense. As lovely a color as all have said...looks more like pale tangerine/coral on me than pinkish coral. Great for warm complexions. A lippie off for the way it emphasizes dry lips, balm underneath makes it a bit slippery though. Best applied with a lip brush.

My favorite lipstick! Bright coral pink, creamy texture, super pigmented. The retro, powdery smell doesn't bother me at all. Blase Apricot reminds me of the "vibrant pastel" lipsticks in 1960s makeup ads.

I bought this in Blase Apricot and it was pretty much the exact color I was looking for. It matches a discontinued coral Chanel lipstick that was my HG closer than anything else I've come across and it stays on better than the Chanel lipstick did. Yes it is HIGHLY PIGMENTED so if I want something more subtle I just dab it on lightly. It does have a scent I'm not in love with but most of the time when I put it on in the morning I really don't even notice it once it's on my lips. It's bright and summery and I love wearing it with just some light blush and mascara. It's cheap, it's a great color that is hard to find and it works.
EDIT: I still love the color, but as far as the wear, I've noticed that I have a ring around my lips where they color stays after I eat or drink and it ends up looking like I'm just wearing lip liner and nothing else. I have to constantly reapply all day so that I don't look odd.
