It is very creamy, it smells like all other Natura Bisse products from the Diamond line (lavender). It is highly emolient, so you only need a tiny bit. I know I'm young to really appreciate it but even I was able to notice results. The area under my eyes got tighter and smoother, I cannot see any lines though I had some before I started using it. And I don't think it's fair to compare it to other eye creams price-wise because one bottle contains an almost one ounce of the product while other eye creams only carry half an ounce. One bottle can easily last up to a year, I plan to alternate it with La Prairie's Eye Contour Cream. What can I say? I guess the Natura Bisse's Diamond line is just working for me (expect for the Bio-Lift eye cream and the Diamond gel-cream), and I will stick with it
PS: I totally forgot! The best thing about it is that my concealer does not crease at all with it
Update: So I'm 3 months into using the cream, and I'm not so thrilled about it any more. It still works well under my concealer but I found that that it's not moisturizing enough for me and it does not do ANYTHING to my dark circles. But I haven't developed any new fine lines around my eyes so it's good for that but I just find that La Prairie Eye Contour Cream worked better for me so I will finish this one and will repurchase the La Prairie one.

Very expensive-- nice eye cream-- but, as someone else said on a review here, not exactly results driven. It's biggest claim to fame on me after 6 solid weeks of use was that it didn't burn or make me break out, which I can also get with an eye cream for about 1/3 the price of the $190 I shelled out for this. I really wanted to love it, but I didn't. I like it- but not $190 a bottle like. Definitely worth sampling, but unless you get major results, I can't see spending for it.

I am turning 42 this year and have been freaking out about the changes to my face! The most major being the dark circles that have started under my eyes. Nothing has been working on them, not even sleep. I use several of the Natura Bisse products with great results so decided to bite the bullet and pony up the $190 for the eye cream. Its only been a week so far BUT my under eye circles are almost completely gone already! My husband even noticed. I wake up looking like I am wearing concealer. Honestly this is not an exaggeration. I will update later but so far I am thrilled with this cream.

I think I'm in the minority here, b/c I'm really loving this. I'm 43, so I'm ready to bring out the big guns for anti aging. So far, I'm seeing some nice results from this. It goes on beautifully, leaves me very soft and smooth in the eye area, and the effect lasts all day. The only thing I can't say yet is whether this will have a cumulative effect. I suspect if you quit, you're back to square one. But if you want to look -- and feel -- good NOW, I think this works! I agree with others that the price is outrageous -- riduculous even -- but if you can find a cheaper way to get this (I got mine through a special promotion w/ generous travel sizes), it's worth it.

This is by far the most expensive eye cream I've ever tried and for £125 per container, well, I expected a lot. The cream absorbs quickly, doesn't irritate and has a pleasant rich consitency, but it didn'r really do much for my eye area. I am in early 30s and don't get eye wrinkles yet, only when I go through stressful periods, sleepless nights or oveindlge on alcohol, but thy can be still eradicated by using good performing ey cream. I had one those moments and it started to show around my eyes,I knew I needed some heavy duty mosituriser, so I decided to splash out on Natura Bisse, which, unfortunately didn't meet my expectations. Considering the price, this was a very expensive disappointment. I would lso expect SPF. The packaging is elegant and luxurious.

I tried Diamond Extreme Eye after I ran out of the Diamond Eye Contour Cream, didn't feel it was any different that Eye Contour other than being more expensive and different packaging (I am a big fan of airless/pump packaging as it preserves product better). Like the rest of the Diamond line, I found it to be pleasant "pretty product" but not results oriented.

Natura Bisse is my HG skincare line (The Cure moisturizer, Stabilizing toner, Diamond Cream, Top 10 Serum, The Cure Pure Serum, etc.), however, their eye creams haven't proven to be much different than other top lines. It does moisturize the eye area well during the warmer months, and a bonus is that you can even use on lids. However, drier winter months, I end of using Awake's eye cream that is a bit richer. Diamond Extreme Eye does work well though when using with a concealer on top.

This is the best eye cream I've been able to find that is suitable for my combination/sensitive skin. It is the most expensive cream I have ever bought, but I had wasted so much money on other eye creams that don't work and are left lying in a drawer. I was finally won over after actually being able to compare results with a free sample from Space NK.
My problem area was puffiness/bags starting under the eyes, dark shadows and some fine lines were deepening
I had tried a) Estee lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Recovery Complex -it caused milia and did not work as well anyway b) Orlane eye contour cream c) Darphin dark circles relief and depuffing eye serum and in the past, Clarins and Clinique which all caused milia.
I experimented, with Natura Bisse under the left eye and compared it with Estee Lauder for a couple of months under the right eye. Later I systematically tried Orlane and then Darphin, again on the right eye. It was only by comparing them this way that I could really measure the differences. Peridically I even asked my husband which eye now looked the best! He consistently picked the Natura Bisse ! How's that for an independent review!
The cream had to be applied night and day ( once per day just did not give the same results unfortuately) It does not cause milia. It made the under eye area much firmer and springy to the touch ie. not saggy ; completely eliminated the fine crinkles which were appearing below the eye area next to my nose; reduced the smile lines which had been getting more noticable at the outer edge of the below eye area; and it reduced the dark shadows around the nose /eye area. (I can really see the difference it has made in the dark shadows, when I've washed it off at night. Most of the time I now feel I don't have to wear concealer during the day, as we all have some natural discolouration there anyway)
I actually used birthday money in order to buy the Diamond Extreme as it is about £100! Admittedly you do get 25ml instead of the usual 15ml from every other brand. But it makes me confident just knowing I definately look so much better for using it!
I only need half a pump of the NB to cover the whole of the under eye area, and am continuing to use the Darphin around the upper orbital bone - it is the only way I can economise, by targeting the expensive cream precisely where I need it. Hoping it will last 6-9 months this way- I'll keep you posted!
Ps I wrap the nozzle in cling film after using it, so the cream left in the nozzle does not dry out

The container is good, but one pump is more than I need, so I have to be careful to not pump out a full pump. The one major negative is the fragrance. Way too much of it. Oh, and that it stings sometimes. Even though I let it set several minutes before applying makeup, my eyemakeup runs below my eyes with this worse than with my usual CdLM. Why haven't I thrown it out. It so expensive. I keep trying it now and then just to try to use it up.

HG Eye Cream! And this comes from a picky, picky person on eye creams. I've been using this cream for a year now and I can honestly say it is the best. And I have tried nearly all of them, price not being a factor. It could cost a million dollars and if it made me feel like I look rested, fresh and younger, then bring it on! This is the ONLY eye cream I've ever used where I've actually forgotten to put on my eye concealer. Honestly, I have such dark and puffy eyes, eye concealer is my MUST HAVE when heading into civilization. Above anything else! And in the last year since using this eye cream, I've gone out of the house, full-on made up, and realized I never put on concealer. But my eyes looked great!! It's kind of a peachy, shimmery colored cream. It soaks in, but doesn't leave me feeling like "where did it go?". It's unbelievable! If you can score a sample from a local counter, do it! Or, if you don't have access, pick one up from eBay. Try it first, as it is expensive. But, it's so worth it.

I got a few samples of this when I bought the Natura Bisse Peel and even though i'm young, I thought i'd give it a try.I have a few little lines from tanning when I was younger, they are fine but I noticed a difference after just a few days use! This has also helped my puffyness my eyes look much brighter.
Edited: This doesn't work on the deeper lines that I have now

I really like this eye cream. It absorbs quickly and feels lovely on my skin. I horrible about using anything with regularity. Once I remember to use this a few days in a row, I swear the lines around my eyes begin to fade. lol. Either that or my eyes just look so bright, I don't notice them.

I am reviewing Natura Bisse's Diamond Extreme Eye Treatment.
NB's information: "An energizing lift for the eyes made especially for extreme conditions. Beneficial effects:
• Dual Lifting Effect, both internal and external.
• Expression lines and wrinkles noticeably diminish.
• Corrects dryness and balances hydration of the skin.
• Reduces the appearance of dark circles and puffiness.
• Improves microcirculation under the eyes.
• Restores softness, smoothness and healthy glow.
• Leaves the eye and lip areas extraordinarily silky.
• Instanly lifts and re-sculpts the contour of the eye
• Minimizes skin irritation and sensitivity.
• Provides optimal hydration 24 hours a day."
How this all translated for me: This cream feels luxurious, rich and absorbs quickly. The microcirculation is excellent and effective, esp. for morning as my eyes do feel much more awake. After application and during the day, the eye area is very smooth, soft. The firming and uplifting is superior to any eye treatment I've tried - the difference is noticeable esp. when I try a different product on the other eye. It is Monday morning and I'm tired but my upper eyes feel so awake & firm! As for the under eye area, it leaves it smooth & soft yet my under eye looks worse (does not help my dark circles at all and looks a bit more hollow) however my beloved Awake Renovation Eye leaves my under eye brighter, lighter. Also on the Awake cream's side, the lines & overall orbital area are more filled out (this Awake cream is famous for this effect). I will use the NB Diamond Extreme Eye for my upper eye area and in the under eye area later during the day (when I need an energizing pick me up). This eye treatment is one of the very best I've tried - excellent; and it's thankfully in a hygenic pump bottle. I highly recommend this eye treatment to anyone. As it's $185, I'd suggest samples first.
***Update 1/23/09 - reality check. This NB eye cream worked well in the beginning but after a month or 2, it stopped working. Skincare is so individual so I'd highly recommend getting samples before purchasing. So what I do use and love? For day, I use Merle Norman Luxvia Preventage Firming Eye Creme (found this through MUA, firms, smooths out lines, brightens the undereye and moisturizes VERY well, all this for $34 for .5 oz). For night I still ADORE Awake Renovation Eye (and this STILL works well for me - a keeper!). Natura Bisse products are luxurious, very pricey and seductive. After trying many of their products for the past year, the NB stars that work for me are: Extreme Peel, Oxygen Cream, Diamond Cream and the Stabilizing Cleansing Mask.
Past eye creams I've discarded: Darphin, Caudalie, Clarins Super Restorative Total Eye Concentrate (didn't moisturize enough & eyes were a little uncomfortable, feeling tight), La Mer, La Prarie (Anti-Aging SPF 15 - ok but weak compared to Awake), Perricone Alpha Lipoic Eye (effective at first but not later), Prevage (caused milia), ReVive Eye Renewal, Shiseido Benefiance (too rich & caused milia) , Relastin's Eye Silk (effective at first but not now), Lancome (Renergie Micro-Lift, Primordiale Intense, Absolue - all felt nice but ineffective), E, Lauder (Advanced Night Repair), etc. I am Korean, 42 yrs old but most think I'm 28-32. Although my under eye area is very dry, I have combination skin (dry in winter, slightly oily in summer however prone to plugged pores and occasional breakouts). I use: Natura Bisse, DHC, Jurlique, MD Forte. continued >>
