I LOVE LOVE this product! I have gorgeous skin that GLOWS! It is really expensive but well worth it. I'm scared to try anything else because it does my face well!!! Do go and get some samples before you purchase this cream. Thank you Natura Bisse!!!!

It is a quite heavy cream (not as heavy as Fresh Ancienne cream). Has a quite strong lavender smell (which I like), moisturizes well, and tighens too. But personally, on me it works just as the original Diamond cream does, so I don't see a reason why I should pay more for the same effect. So I go with the regular Diamond cream. But probably, when I'm older I will want to give this one another try

I really don't like the heavy fragrance in this cream. The slip is nice, but it is not a great under makeup moisturizer. CdLM, applied as directed, works much better for me. Flakiness that does not show up with CdLM is visible using this. By mid day, my skin is pretty dry, drier than with CdLM. It is an OK night cream, but the heavy fragrance sometimes keeps me awake. I keep trying it now and then because it was so darn expensive. I should really just give it away. Very little bang for the buck.

As a skincare professional myself I have had the luxury of trying many high end products and regularly expectations havent been met. Natura Bisse Diamond and really the whole collection have completely surpassed my expectations. The difference between this Brand and others are that Natura Bisse pack all their products with the most active ingredients, the highest quality of ingredients, and the most quantity of ACTIVE ingredients. Results are almost over night. Skin is instantly softer and smoother, after about a week skin is brighter more luminous and sensitivities are soothed. I find that people that I have makeup consultations to that have used this cream say the same. Beautiful company and cream. A professional once told me that when you see advertisements on cosmetics all over the place WATCH OUT, becaus etheir money is going into advertisement not product development. Natura Bisse puts their money where their mouth is and into the product so we can all see signifigant and great results. Of the places that I have traveled I have found that the best customer service and expertise is ironically in small town Birmingham, AL at a beautiful store called Gus Mayer (205) 870-3300. Give it a try.

Love, love, love. The cream feels great on my skin. It makes my face brighter, smoother, and prettier. It's for dry skin, so I tend to only use it in dry environments or after I exfoliate or have a peel. I wouldn't recommend it for everyday use unless you have dry skin.

What this translated for me: a lavendar scented, very rich, luxurious feeling cream that only requires a few dabs for the entire face. Feels gorgeous, soothing, has a beautiful finish w/o heaviness or greasiness. My skin could breathe and it did not feel smothered as it can with other rich creams. I used this at night and I woke up to a brighter, moisturized, toned, glowing, SMOOTH skin. For those of you familiar with Diamond Cream, it was a bit similar although this Extreme Cream is richer. I think this cream is wonderful although meant for dryer skin as my skin is combination and my skin was a little clogged in the morning (however I'm very prone to clogged pores) so I will not continue using this (except in severe winter weather).

The NB Facialists at Bergdorf usually use this as the last step at the end of my facials (you can book a facial for free if you buy $200 worth of NB @ Bergdorf). The SA told me to just use a little and dab upwards to evenly distribute. Is this cream worth $300+ for 1.7 oz? If you have mature, dry skin it just might be as the tone, glow, moisture and smoothness were impressive. Before you purchase, ask for samples as NB is quite generous with them.
