all you people who say it makes your hair greasy are using way too much and/or your hair is probably already naturally oily at the scalp, never use products close to the scalp or you end up with extremely oily hair.
most products i need to fill my palm with them to cover my long hair, but with this i only use a dollop the size of a pea and i have waste length hair. my frizz remedy was a vial as well not a spray so i had to rely on myself for even spreading not a spray, try using less of it maybe spray on your palm and distribute it that way instead of directly on your hair. and its not supposed to make it super shiny just a natural shine to take away the dry look give you a natural healthy look to your hair.
also depending on your hair type not every product is for everyones hair type.
i always thought it was a shame the little vials were so small compared to your average 200ml bottles of hair product thats out there but its so small because you only need so little so one tiny 15ml vial or 50ml bottle of this is equal to the 100-200ml bottles of other things.
Also does anyone know where to get this product in Australia? Priceline was where i got it 6 yrs ago, now all they stock is the Hask Henna & Placenta Sachet and their Placenta Instant Repair Vial and thats it no other products, and im down to my last tiny bit of the frizz remedy and i want more! continued >>

At first I loved this stuff.I had super long hair(nearly waist-lenght)and it had a really good smell and made my hair really shiny.Then,I got a short hair cut(above my shoulders)and would spray it on before I would straighten my hair,and it would be greasy and had a really sweet-cookie like smell that didn't sit well w/ me.Idk if the strange has happend w/ anyone else,but thats what it reminded me of lol.So I would use this again if my hair gets really long and I'll only put it on when I wear naturally.

LOVE IT! My hair is naturally kind of dry and then I dye it and use hair dryer/straightener 3 or 4 times a week. I spray Pure Shine in my hair when I just get out of the shower. I only need 2 or 3 sprays (my hair is a little past shoulder length) and then I brush it through. Immediately my hair feels better. I style it for whatever I am in the mood for that day and use very little styling product at all. My hair is naturally straight and thick though and holds curl easily. Pure Shine gives it a nice little shine and makes it feel healthy. The price is not too bad about $6 at Kmart, not all Walmart's seem to carry it. I got through a bottle every 2 or 3 months, so it's worth the price. I use it everyday. I'll keep buying it! Would recommend to those with color treated/heat treated/damaged/dry hair. My sis loves Pure Shine too!

I'm a product-whore and I'm at the point now where not much impresses me. THIS stuff however, does. It added natural-looking shine to my color-treated, heat abused hair without making it greasy. It also doesn't smell bad and helps with the frizzies. A new staple in my hair routine which is really saying something considering I always move from product to product trying to find the next best thing. So far, this is my first and only HG hair product. And at such a great price ($4-5 bucks at Walgreens) why not give it a try? You won't be disappointed!

This helps control frizz somewhat but doesn't add much shine. A few sprays do the trick, but too much makes my hair greasy.

Wonderful product, gives great shine without weighing down my fine chemically treated hair. Lightly moisturizes with a great scent! Will definitely buy again.

I used to like this but then I realized at some point I had stopped using it. Anyway I found something way better. The Oscar Blandi jasmine hair serum.

I'm seriously in the minority on this, but this product did not make my hair look all that special. Maybe it's because I don't do any heat styling-I let my hair air dry-but my hair really wasn't shinier after using it. The one good thing is that it made my hair less frizzy on the same day I wash it, so I'll probably use it when I have to go out the same day I wash my hair (I usually wash my hair and night and by the next day it's not frizzy), but I won't re-buy it.

I don't get it. I picked this up after reading all the rave reviews. For me, this was really, really greasy. I only spritzed it three or four times on my whole head and immediately, my hair felt heavy and sticky and greasy.

i cant remember how mch exactly this was, but for some reason im thinking it was $5-10 at WalMart. anyway, i l-o-v-e this shine spray! my hair isnt dull but its definately not shiny naturally. it has lots and lots of annoying flyaways. so i picked this up after my best friend told me about it. and i LOVE love love it. the only things i can think about it im not fond of are 1) be sure the cap is on tight and it's sitting upright like another reviewer said, or it WILL leak everywhere. 2) don't spray even close to your roots or it will look super greasy.
to apply it this is what i do. i shower at night and right before i go to sleep i spray it on the middle/ends of my hair. i comb it, and go to bed. when i wake up it looks super moisturized and best of all *healthy*. i style my hair, and spray one spritz of it n my hair brush. strating at my ends i brush it through my hair and it gives a gorgeous shine and since it wasnt sprayed near the roots it looks really clean too.
i bet they probably use this backstage on the pantene commercials, because no pantene product (or ANY product ive tried) comes CLOSE to the fabulous look and results of Hask PureShine Spray-On Luminator! =D go try it asap, you wont be dissapointed.

LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! I have been using it for about 3 years. I can't see myself using anything else for an all-over shine.

lol oh man this was my fav shine spray and heat protectant. Iv seriously gone through about 20 lol maybe more bottles of this stuff. But for some reason i cant remember why i stopped using it. Hmm i think im gonna go back to it though :D the only thing i hate about it is that the bottle leaks if you shake it or lay it on its side.

Super great stuff! It makes dull hair shine like no tomorrow. It's the best shine spray you could ever buy!

I am a hair shine junkie and unfortuantely one of my favorite items was discontinued, so I am aways experimenting but the Hask Pure Shine Spray-On Luminator is one of the best plus it is so CHEAP (I pay $5.79 at Walgreens.) Regardless of what style you wear you hair, this works amazingly ..... from the wavy hair I wear daily, it gives me shiney waves to the straight looks I make for my little girl (I need to add that my daughter had a special function last week and I straightened her naturally wavy hair and the Hask Pure Shine-On Luminator worked so great as I first sprayed some on her dry hair and then used my CHI iron and after straightening, sprayed more of the Hask and this is the best her hair has ever looked straightened.) This is a highly recommended item although I have found out that this is sold in limited stores .... I have bought 5 sprays in the last week which my daughter and I are hording LOL. I will go on record and say that due to the performance of this item and especially the price, I will say that this is the best shine product you can purchase (now if I could only find other drug-store brands for my other high-end holy grails, LOL.)

Great shine without leaving my hair greasy and stringy. I can't believe what a value. Works as good as similar product 3x the price. Great value and results. I hope they continue making this product..It is almost like a professional gloss...

I love this stuff! I bought this because I had ran out of the biosilk, so cheap!! I spay this on my damp towel dried hair and blow dry and style as usual make my hair look so darn healthy!!

Ive had a bottle of this for quite awhile, and I recently rediscovered it when I ran out of FrizzEase serum and needed something in a pinch. I spray on damp hair after working in my styling cream and comb through. This really smooths and shines hair! Its also excellent to use on dry hair to finish the look- takes care of flyaways and adds that extra polish. I love the way it smells, although it fades quickly. The only issue I have is that a little goes a long way- be careful not to overdo it or you will get greasy- I know a lot of other people claim not to have a problem with this but I have definitely used to much and ended up with oily hair. Used in moderation, this is a really fab product. Good luck finding it!

This is the best shine spray I have ever used and I'm surprised I haven't reviewed it yet! The bottle sprays an even mist of lightweight shimmery shine. It isn't greasy or drying. It is PERFECT. The shine it produces looks natural. Makes my dark hair look healthier. Sometimes after I style my hair I give the top of my hair a couple of mists of this and then spray some onto my palms. I then smooth it through the rest of my hair and it keeps my hair frizz free. The scent doesn't bother me. It really isn't that strong. This is wonderful!
