I purchased a 15ml tube for $1.99 on sale. You apply a small amount around the cuticle and massage in, then rinse off after 15 seconds. It does help to remove dry cuticle skin. Do not leave it on longer than 30-60 seconds or it can burn skin and nails. It really works well on my feet where the cuticles are thicker and drier.
