I used to be one of those people who believed that Price = Quality. It didn't mean that I was going to go psycho and spend 100 pound on a face wash, but I will spend a reasonable price...when I see cheapies I get really suspicious. Until a friend tossed this pack of face wipes at me when I desperately needed something to remove my makeup. Cost? 99p!!! 99p!!! And I think when she got it was on special 4 for a pound! I mean! OMG! She picked it up in a small bargain drugstore in a shopping center.
And with hesitation I used them. And I think I've found my HG Face Wipe. Fragrance free, Alcohol Free, Hypoallergenic and Dermatologically Tested it claims, and I believe every bloody word it claims. I first noticed how it didn't smell like anything when I first used them; I always fret about fragrances and how it will affect my skin. And then I noticed how well it took off ALL my makeup, even the stubborn eye makeup that didn't come off with my separate cleaner. And then I noticed how clean AND soft AND smooth my skin felt afterwards. I swear I could jump for joy. I even used up the last one in my current package right now just to find out all the things I could write about it. How geeky is that? But I can't get enough of touching my skin right now. I haven't even left my room today being a uni student and working on my project. I wasn't even wearing makeup, but I STILL feel a difference.
So yes...cost is not everything...try and find these at your locak drugstore (I don't think they sell it in more well known like SuperDrug and Boots...try the smaller ones) and give them a try. I'm not going to guarantee they work as well for you since we all know that different skin = different results, but 99p? Even if it sucks you didn't lose out that much...and for someone who has lost out on so much money trying so many different facial wipes...I'm perfectly content.
