This is a lightweight lotion more so than a cream that contains mineral oil, lactic acid, silicones and glycerin to soften and hydrate feet. Also contains wheat and soy protein and aloe vera extract. Has a floral scent that lingers. I have moderately dry skin on my heels and found this to be an effective skin softener. As for the claims that it has "virtual pad technology to plump up your soles" that is just not going to happen. There is not enough dimethicone in this product to do provide a feeling of cushioning. Overall, it is a good product for gently exfoliating the feet. But if you are looking for a protectant to cushion the bottoms of your feet I would reccomend a product containing Dimethicone ( a skin protectant) such as in Neutrogena's Norweigian formula body lotion or other one that lists 2% dimethicone as the active ingredient. I purchased a 2.5 oz tube on sale for $3. I
