Its just MINERAL OIL with a fragrance.
So go buy a huge bottle of Mineral Oil for a $1.00 instead!

I love using this on top of my polishes! It not only helps my mani/pedi dry faster but the oil conditions the skin around my nails. It doesn't instantly harden your polish but it helps speed up the process. You don't need to load it on since a little bit of oil goes a long way so the bottle lasts pretty long.
