Great eyeliner, loved using it with rockstar shadow. This came in my b.o.s. 3, or a kit purchased with 2 mini liners, I think. Wish it would have been full sized!

I am a big fan of using eyeliners other than basic black as my day-to day liner, and I've gone through a few (clinique egyptian and ud's stash among them). I'm quite pale and find black to be overly harsh on my skin tone. After egyptian got discontinued, I gave this one a shot, and I have to say I'm a fan. First off, my makeup is typically very conservative. Don't avoid this shade simply because it's purple. It does not show up this way when you put it on. I'd liken it more to a deep brown. The purple tones add a quality of depth to make this one just gorgeous. The staying power is great, and the texture is really nice and creamy, so I find it kind of "blurs", ever so slightly, around where you've applied it with the perfect amount of imprecision to look subtly sexy, and not sloppy. I would happily repurchase.

I really like this deep purple color, it makes a nice pop of color (but still professional) with my brown eyes. It stays on well, no transfer to my upper lids, which is nice. All UD is pretty expensive, but worth imvho.

Im obsessed with this kind of colours!! I never worn anything on my waterline before so when I first time put it on I was asking my boyfriend every half hour if its still there... Well, whne I came back home 6 hours later it still was!!
I have very sensitive eyes and I wear contact lenses but it didnt irritate me.

It goes on smoothly, nicely pigmented, beautiful, amazing colour... I really like it. I still didnt master removing it gently but hopefully I will one day :P

I have mixed feelings for this eyeliner. I received a set from Sephora and Rockstar is the colour I use the most because it best brings out my brown eyes and doesn't have sparkle/glitter. I wanted something that went on really smooth and was easy to layer with other colours but this seems to almost melt on contact. I have noticed when using lighter colours of the same product it actually paints my eyelashes if I'm not careful. I have sensitive eyelids and this does not seem to bother them at all. And the pigmentation is very high. I don't think I'll buy again but will try to use this one until it's gone.

This review is for the shadow liner, not the eyeliner. Glides on easily and lasts all day on my waterline. Its a pretty medium to dark purple with lots of pink glitter. Surprisingly the glitter doesn't bother my eyes and doesn't smudge very much.

I love this color and it's really striking against my hazel eyes. It's such an intense dark purple that's deep enough to read as dark brown or black from a distance. It has a nice sheen too. Very creamy and soft but I didn't have any issues with it smearing or transferring to my upper lid. Sometimes I wish the UD liners were a little less soft so I could get the precision of a firm pencil liner, or a super thin line. These tend to go on thicker than I'd like but with such a great color range I don't mind so much. I do notice some fallout with this liner though, just some tiny dust under my eyes throughout the day that I have to constantly check and wipe off. It doesn't happen with most of my UD liners and it's my only complaint about this particular liner. Even so, it's an amazing color and I'd repurchase.

I have purchased this twice and I have concluded that Urban Decay 24/7 eye pencils do not work for me. I really love Rockstar's deep amethyst hue and its creamy texture, but I guess my eyelids are too oily. Even after using Urban Decay Potion Primer and the matching Rockstar eyeshadow to set it, the pigment fades and sometimes creases. I honestly believe my oily eyelids ruin this wonderful eyeliner for me. This is really unfortunate because I have never found an eyeliner which glides on as effortlessly when applied. Maybe I will try this again in the winter because my skin will probably be significantly drier. Overall, this is a really nice eyeliner, but I would not recommend it for people with very oily eyelids.

One of my favorites of the Urban Decay 24/7 Liners.

This is a deep, matte, eggplant purple. I have greenish-hazel eyes and this color makes them look even more green. I like darker eyeliners for the contrast they provide and this color is deep enough to do that. It's a nice alternative to using black or a darker brown without being too obviously colorful for work situations. I have most of the Urban Decay 24/7 liners and many from other brands but this one is definitely a favorite for my eye color and skin tone.

I love this stuff. It goes on smoothly and stays on pretty well once it sets. I can smudge it with my finger before it sets making a nice smudgy line. The color is very flattering on my hazel eyes. I use black sometimes but this is easy to wear and not as harsh.
