This is the only lotion let alone one with SPF that doesn't break me out. The only cons are that sometimes I feel it's not moisturizing enough in winter, it has no oil control which is not a con for me since I don't want anything preventing stuff from coming out of my pores personally, and the third is that it's hard to find this gentle classic version and there is a major difference between the two. I believe people have reviewed both kinds here, not sure. I order it on amazon and if it came in SPF 30 I would try that too.

This product, for around $10 for 4 ounces, has the potential to be perfect. It's very light and fluid and sinks right in without leaving residue. spf 15 protection is adequate for daily use. I cannot stand fragranced products on my face, so I appreciate the fragrance free formula. However, it makes me break out! My skin had been clear for a while, then I used this, and a couple of zits popped up. I checked it out on cosdna.com, and sure enough, there are a few acne causing ingredients in this formula. I will use it up on my arm and hands.

I purchased this product after reading the great reviews and I am so glad I did. I love the way this moisturiser sinks in and doesn't leave a white cast like most moisturisers/sunscreen do.
I have combination skin really oily in the middle kind of dry on the sides and sensitive and acne prone all over. This product did no moisturizing at all and took a long time to absorb into my skin. the onlly reason i left a lippie is because it didn't irritate my skin and it wasn't greasy.
Provides very little protection. You need to wear at least spf 30 daily in order to prevent pre-mature aging. This product is not moisturizing whatsoever, so you will need to use a heavier moisturizer underneath. Also, this product also gave me a red rash that took weeks to clear up. Definitely do not recommend!

I have been using this moisturizer for about 10 years now. My mom gave it to me when I was in middle school and I have used it ever since. Occasionally I switch products but I always go back because they are never as good as Olay. This lotion is moisturizing but lightweight, not too expensive and does not break me out. It is perfect and I can see myself using it for many more years to come.

This is a pretty good daily moisturizer for those of us with combination and sensitive skin. I break out/get oily on my chin, am dry elsewhere, and prone to irritation on my cheeks and forehead. I used DDML for nine years and decided to try this because of the SPF and price factors.
The lotion absorbs quickly and is an okay base for makeup, though not as even as the DDML was. It does keep my skin from feeling dry all day long and has never irritated it at all. The SPF is low enough so that the lotion doesn't smell or feel like sunblock or cast a white color to my face. However, it can cause stinging/tearing up of the eyes if you use it in the eye area. It moisturizes pretty well, although I have noticed some flaky patches in the drier areas of my face.
This is a good, affordable moisturizer.
UPDATE: I have since switched to Simple Protecting Light Moisturizer with SPF 15 and prefer it to to the Olay (I have a review for it under the Simple Light Moisturiser). This stuff is good, but that stuff is superior.
I'm on my third bottle of the classic version. This is my favorite spring/fall/winter moisturizer. I have oily, sensitive, acne-prone skin that is under control due to Rx retinoid. This and Clinique's DDMG are the only moisturizers that I've liked enough to repurchase multiple times.
Pros: oil-free, fragrance-free, SPF 15, doesn't break me out, doesn't make me more oily, actually moisturizes my skin- even in the winter, layers well under makeup, travel-friendly packaging
Cons: none

In my opinion, this doesn't feel or smell like a sunscreen at all, and it's not greasy! It's perfect.
It's very gentle; doesn't irritate my skin at all. And unlike a lot of other moisturizers, this isn't extremely liquid-y, but it's not too thick - it feels like a lotion.
The only thing I don't really like about it is the bottle. It's not completely horrible, but I prefer pumps.

During the winter my sensitive, acne-prone skin gets really dry. This lotion doesn't break me out or irritate my skin. It doesn't leave me looking greasy like other sunscreen lotions do. All these things make it a great lotion for me. That said, it doesn't moisturize my skin as much as I had hoped. My skin is still a little dry. Maybe this lotion is better to use in the summer than in the winter. I recommend it for people who don't have problems with dryness. Those with dry skin might need to look for something else.
