This review is for the "protective cream," Kera Moist Cream. This cream, along with the Cream Soap and Aloe Toner, has really helped to calm the redness in my skin. I have mild rosacea, and have found that since folllowing the Mario Badescu regimen, I am using my prescription Finacea less and less. Thank you Mario Badescu!

This moisturizer never really sunk in--it just became an oil slick--and it didn't calm the irritation was my reason for using it. The other reviews for it are positive; maybe it works well for very dry skin. It wasn't right for even the drier parts of my combination skin.

This moisturizer works well for my very dry sensitive skin. Many moisturizers tend to clog pores and break out my skin while not keeping my skin hydrated all day. This moisturizer is an exception. Even during winter, little dab of Kera Moist cream keep my skin moisturized all day. I only use tiny bit, so one jar lasts me a while.
I would only recommend this moisturizer for dry or very dry skin as other skin types would find this too heavy. It's cheap, and it works. I don't know what else I can ask for.

This is not the Kera moisturizer but a different product that is part of the 'protective creams' called 'Kera Moist'. It uses the same ingredient that's in the Kera moisturizer - Keratoplast - 'a soothing botanical ingredient to help reduce redness and strengthen capillaries'. It really does reduce redness for me, along with their balsam peru products (see my reviews on those). This is much richer and oilier than the Kera moisturizer and contains rosehip oil. It's too oily for me to wear during the day but I've been using it as a night cream. It makes my skin so soft and calm and surprisingly hasn't clogged my pores. The MB products with 'cones clog my pores, but I'm having luck with the ones that don't. EDIT: this really isn't too oily for day use for me. I guess my skin is getting dry this winter.
Ingredients: Deionized Water, Avocado Oil, Rose Hip Oil, Vegetable Oil, Cetearyl Alcohol (and) Propylene Glycol, Keratoplast, Collagen
