Pros: The quality of these shadows is remarkable. I wore it for 9 hours and it barely flaked on me, if at all. Compared to other high end shadows, this held up the best. It's super creamy and easy to blend. I love that there is only a pinch of shimmer where you need it, unlike most shadows that are entirely too shimmery borderline glittery. His palettes are also very well coordinated.

Cons: It still creases, is hard to find, and is expensive. I also found this palette a little too cool/grey for my warm skintone. Otherwise, it'd be 5 points all the way around.
