This is not just a hand cream, it is a healer. A couple of times a year I get really bad dermatitis on my hands (think it might be pollen related). Just one application before bed gets rid of 95% of the dry skin. Used over a couple of days this gets rid of it completely. I do not use it every day but I think I might now start using once a week to keep the skin supple. I have had the same tube for 2 years (lasts 36 months once opened). I bought mine for under £2 so it is great value. I like the unscented aspect. Quite hard to get out of the tube as it is a very concentrated gel. 200 applications in the tube according to the text on the tube. Sometimes hard to judge how much you need. 2 dabs seems to do the trick. This takes a small time to sink in but when it does it seems to act as a long term shield. If you buy one cream, make it this one. I like to have a more luxurious product as my everyday hand cream but if I could only have one it would be the Neutrogena one.

This is the BEST hand cream ever. I swear by it. The unscented formula is non-irritating and leaves my hands protected and moisturized.

This really is the best hand cream I've tried. My hands get really dry, cracked, and chapped in the winter. It's painful and uncomfortable. I've tried so many lotions over the years. Even the more expensive creams (Lush, Aveda) didn't fix my cracked knucles. Within 3 days of using this Neutrogena lotion at night before bed, my hands were completely healed with softer skin than I have ever had. I'm impressed. it is a little thick and greasy when you put it on, but it absorbed into skin within a few minutes (for me anyway). It's very cheap, especially for how well it works. I buy the fragrance free version. Even though it's boring, I think this is worth trying if you suffer from dry hands like I do.

A total winner, much better than blue Fast Absorbing scented. Absorbing immediately, long lasting in effect and the tube itself, I am totally sold. I use either scented hi-end body treats like Chanel No 5 bath line or Neutrogena unscented and like them equally. Unscented concentrated hand cream rocks

I did not expect this thick gel like hand cream would be absorbed so quickly. It is a wonderful product for dry hands. Most of the hand creams out there don't work for me. Those that work don't last. This one may seems sticky. But it quickly absorb into you skin and provides long lasting result. Regular price is $2.99 and I got it for $1.99 using coupon. How can I not like it? This is going to replace my $28 fancy hand cream from now on.

I'm making an effort to review items I keep buying. I absolutely adore this hand cream, and the times I've strayed, I always return. Recently I misplaced my "home" bottle (I keep another in the office), and have been completely frustrated with stand-ins. It's a thick, emollient cream that is on the heavy side. If you don't like heavy-duty hand creams, this probably is not for you. It absorbs well, leaving hands feeling moisturized (some creams leave a powdery finish - this does not). Absolutely love this item!

I had really bad eczema on my hand and using the e45 cream didn't work. So i used this and it worked miracle! I chose the unscented one because I'll get bored of the smell :)

This cream is pretty interesting. First off, it is clear, and more jelly-like I would say then cream in consistency, and you only need a small dab (according to the packaging this 2oz tube will last 200 applications) but it is as strong (in moisturizing properties) as a cream. If I only use a small dab it doesn't seem like it's enough to spread all over, if I use more it seems to coat my hands and they feel kind of sweaty which I don't like. What I do really like about this product is that it continues to keep my skin moisturized after washing, and I love that it is completely fragrance free. By itself I would give this product 3.5 to 4 stars, however I find if I apply a tiny dab to palm, apply my regular moisturizer and rub them in, this helps my regular lotions last all day! For this use I would give it 5 stars and since it doesn't have any fragrance in it I can combine it with whichever moisturizer I feel like, scented or unscented.

My stick to hand cream. It's creamy, and you really only need a dab. Use too much and you'll be trying to massage it in forever. I do not really know what else to say. There's nothing better!

I have severe dry hands in the winter that looks like eczema and they are always red with a rash. I wash my hands a lot so they are always dry. This does such a good job with the smallest amount. I actually keep it by my computer in the living room. I put it on all the time. It does go on thick, but it sinks in enough that I can keep on doing anything else that I need to. I feel like this is really working though. Even after washing my hands they will still feel soft and smooth. This is only my first tube and I have only been using for a few days, but when I am done with it I will be repurchasing. I am completely sold on how good this is. It is replacing my old favorite of Bath and Body Works Look Ma New Hands. I do wish this had some other scents. I love it, but I would love for it to be more girly smelling.
