I am nc20Nars sheer glow ceylanThese two shades are my crease colorsIts blendable and creamy. The portobello duo has two i would say cooler tone transition shades. I love this duo and i use it daily. The color on the left is a soft everyday crease color that reminds me of mac soba. Its close to my skintone. The other one on the right i usually pair it with a purple smokey eye with demon lover in the outer v and some cordura to deepen/ smoke it out. if you don't have crease colors these are perfect. but you def don't need this if you have a basic soft brown color. these are boring colors but is a must have if you don't own a transition shade. i wouldn't repurchase because every palette comes with a soft brown nowadays so this is not special for its price

I avoided buying this for many years as there are plenty of good, lower-priced blushes out there. I was so excited to finally buy it. The color is gorgeous, but it fades on me after a couple hours and it actually broke me out where it was applied! I never have those issues, so I may just use this on occasion, but it truly wasn’t worth the hype.

I got this on a recommendation by a friend - I'd been using 3CE Concealer, but the shade didn't match, and it tended to go very, very flaky within a few hours. I headed down to the NARS counter at the shopping centre, and was recommended the concealer in Cannelle. This is a tube with a doe foot applicator, which suits me just fine - I usually like to blend concealer with my fingers anyway, and it does save time when I'm re-touching my makeup on the go.From the get-go, the shade did match my skin, down to the tee. It goes on very smooth and creamy, and almost never goes cakey or flaky on my skin. For under my eyes though, it does tend to settle in my undereye creases, but I've always had that problem for most concealers, from Makeup Forever to Bobbi Brown. If I don't set the concealer with powder though, it won't crease as often. The coverage for this concealer is also amazing. If I'm feeling lazy, I just go out with nothing but my sunscreen, this concealer, and the NARS Multiple, and it will last all day. It covers up my PIH, undereye circles, and the redness around my nose and under my chin. And best of all, you only need a few dots and some blending, and you're ready to go.It is a little expensive for me and the product you get is less than some other products, but it's a price I'm willing to pay for the coverage and how easy it is to use.

This is like mac brule. I use this to blend out harsh edges or if i went too heavy handed on the eyes. Its super creamy and soft to the touch never chalky. Its the perfect skintone color to be an all over lid color to even out the eyelids, or to fix mistakes since it blend into the skin seamlessly. for reference i am nc20 in mac and nars ceylan 6i actually like mac brule better because its more pigmented and goes on smoother but also it disappears into the skin but still gives coverage.

This is the cult favorite that everyone raves about including my instructor from beauty school. I was hoping it would be the answer to my troubles. It's not.I have combo skin - dry rosacea patches that are bumpy and dry and redness around my nose where I'm oily. This concealer is formulated to be creamy, but I find it a bit drier than I expected (and definitely drier than Maybelline's Fit Me concealer). The color range is fabulous and the formula can be blended out nicely, provided you've used a good moisturizer and primer. It's not a good product to use on its own. There's some separation by the end of the day, and it's not really that long wearing around my chin/nose. I wish this was a bit cheaper, but based on the price and performance, even though I've gone through 3 tubes, after this I won't be repurchasing.

I use this to blend out blush that is too harsh/clownlike. its my rescue blusher that i use on top of everything because i tend to go heavy handed on most blushes. It does show up on my nc20 in mac / ceylan 6 in nars sheer glow skintone. The color shows up as a super natural pink peachy blush without looking harsh. You can go as heavy handed as you like and it wont be too over the top. Also its perfect to soften other blushes. It has become my most used blusher because of how it can tone down any color. Or even add a hint of liveliness to nars madly for example. It can turn madly(if it leans too warm or muddy) into mac warm soul because of the peach in sex appeal. I wouldnt suggest buying this if you are darker than me. edit: This tend to fade on me if i just use it on its own so i don't think id repurchase

This is perfect for liner or just to deepen the outer v and all over the lid for a sexy smokey eye. Its super super pigmented and its very versatile. I have this and cordura(right side in the duo) and mekong is darker and more pigmented. Cordura leans on the grey side. Id recommend this shade if you need something dark almost black and to work as a liner. its a gorgeous color and i probably never have to repurchase but if i do lose it i wouldn't go out and buy because its very pricey for a single eyeshadow.

I been using this foundation on and off since it has come out. I use it mostly in spring and summer only. I have a hate and love relationship with this one. It is a very watery liquid formula and the pump dispenser just not the most effective. I almost think this formula would be best in a cushion foundation. I would say you get a good medium coverage at best. It dries down to a satin matte finish and is hd camera ready. I got it to last for a good 6 hours using the Nars primer underneath and then light dusting of silica powder to set. But if you dont the finish doesnt last as long.

This is one of the most beautiful looking foundations right after it is applied. Gives a radiant, natural glow. I am super oily and it slid off my face within 2 hours. Update: Tried with a mattifying primer and it lasted much better. The finish truly is amazing. Idk if I’ll repurchase.

This one is probably my favorite bronzer. I can contour with it or just add warmth without those shimmer particles being apparent. My skintone is Clinique even better Cream Caramel or NC44-ish in MAC. This is my first Nars product and I'm very impressed. The compact is gorgeous and sleek, expensive looking, which it is at $40! Come with a mirror, too. The bronzer is a very smooth powder that doesn't kick back, looks the perfect shade of deep brown in the pan. Due to my love if this item I intend to purchase many more products from Nars.

Let me start by saying I'm 63 - I'm saying that with all my reviews because products loved by younger women may be off for more mature skins.I stopped using toners years ago because they were either too superficially drying or left a film on my face.I read some reviews and wanted something to prep my face for foundation without feeling heavy or stripping.First, THE BOTTLE! Great design with a pump! And square! The other itself is fantastic: light, fresh and soothing. Sets your skin up for moisturizer and foundation.Expensive (just under $30) but the pump will keep you from dumping product on a cotton ball.NARS is a Shiseido-owned company for those who want to know. I've skipped NARS skincare over the years but purchased a couple of things on a whim.OK, bender.

Surprised by the low score, I really am loving this product.. I have it in the shade "Bound", which is a muted berry mauve tone. I like the texture, longevity, the applicator, and the feel of this on my lips.. I will definitely purchase more shades! 💄💋

I love this stuff. I’ve been using it for years. It makes my face look great. The colour range is good for us paler people, the coverage is good and looks natural, and the staying power is excellent.
I am grateful that I stocked up since Nars is no longer cruelty free and I will not but their products. Now this is only used for special ocassions and I use idun minerals or trish mcevoy otherwise.

Bought it because people said so, but this primer is bullshit. If u got oily lids it does nothing for you. Bought a $3 Wet n wild PhotoFocus primer that does it for me. This is money in the sea.

I really like this! I have the pressed version and it diffuses my pores quite well.
