Obsessed with this colour! It's so in right now and I was worried it would look strange on me since I'm quite pale (NC30) but it is gorgeous. I use it with the matching lip liner and I like it best with a smokey eye for a night out since it's a bit much for the day. It lasts a long time though can be a bit drying and I find that it ends up in the middle of my lips after I've eaten, etc. but I just reapply.

Good quality (MAC!), but wrong colour for me - just could not wear it.

This is a reliable neutral beige shade for those days when you need a natural look. On my skin it also works as a solo colour for the whole lid, giving a pale smoky look. Not a great shade for drama, but brilliant for everyday wear, visiting your granny, etc, and the colour still shows if you wear spectacles!

This shade is a great base colour for 'natural' look eye makeup. It isn't shimmery, but gives an even cream-coloured coverage on pale skins. I agree with some reviewers that it can be a little chalky, but it still blends in well. It can also be used as a brow highlighter when applied against other colours. For me this is a 'go to' everyday base shadow for office makeup. The only disadvantage is that for me it's a bit too pale and sheer to wear on its own as a single colour, though this might not be the case on darker skin tones.

Lipstick -MAC - Cremesheen - Crosswires

Pretty, bright but not too bright, pink leaning coral. Little bit more opaque in colour than other cremesheens (like Nippon for example) but this just means for me it lasts pretty well.

I love this with a natural face to just give me that fresh and pretty look without too much product.

Bit expensive as I think most sheer lipsticks from Mac are as you have to reapply fairly often. But pretty and I would probably buy again.

Lipstick -MAC - Nippon

Have been looking for that perfect coral for ages - most tend to pull really orange on me which is a shame.

I love this one. It is just the perfect brightening colour, doesn't look too much, just really fresh and pretty. Reminds me a bit of a peachy lipstick I had from L'Oreal (?) years ago; it has a slight shimmer to it. It's moisturising and lasts ok if you're not eating. It is fairly sheer so not hard to reapply though.

It's expensive for a lipstick I will need to reapply fairly often. But, when you find that perfect colour, you find the perfect colour!

Would buy again if I lost it.

Lipstick -MAC - Velvet Teddy

Yes! Perfect nude for me! Bought it untested and it is a "my lips but better" shade. I can see how this would look too brown on some. Love to layer this over lip balm for a subtle nude look. I'll definitely repurchase as an every day lippie!

I'm on my third tube of this color. Im NC 37 and it's a perfect winter color. Good lasting power. Same old black packaging which doesn't excite me.

I was color matched to NC15 - I'm fair yellow/olive/neutral. It was a pretty good match and had decent coverage.

The finish is really pretty in the parts of my face that have normal skin - satiny and skin-like. On my big nose pores it did slip into them some. It was a bit flaky over a couple of pimples. It didn't accentuate lines.

It didn't hold up well on the oily parts of my face, even when set there with powder. Within 5 hours it was sliding around all over my nose. I didn't have a chance to use setting spray, just applied in store.

Pretty nice if you have normal skin, I don't.

Concealers -MAC - Pro Longwear Concealer

I love this product for my undereye circles and I have tried every concealer out there. I'm NC 37 and use NC 25 on this product. The packaging is terrible. Its pump forces you to pump out way too much than you would need, unless you were applying it on three people. I try to cross my fingers and do half a pump but I almost always get too much. This causes you to waste product and purchase it too often. Maybe that's what MAC is hoping for.

Too drying and ends up flaky. I'm approaching 40 so I have dry under-eyes. I cannot use this product under my eyes or on dry patches. Also, the container design is lousy. The only way to get the product out is to pump, and one is already too much, even if you carefully press gently.

Skincare - Face -MAC - Prep and Prime Fix+

This product does not do much in terms or priming or setting my makeup but I do love using it to increase the pigment of eyeshadows. I spray a little on my brushes and it makes me eyeshadow look brighter, bolder and last a little longer. Would not buy again as its a glorified eye primer for me.

It's my favourite lipstick. The color is amazing. it is very long lasting, but not dry. The packeging is very Good, classic and Black. It is a little bit expensive, but for this quality it is worth it

Makeup Brushes -MAC - Mac Masterclass Oval 6

I really don't know why i brought this brush I guess i just gave as the hype around oval brushes was huge so i decided to get mac one as most oval brushes are quite expensive and couldn't justify spending that much on a product!
This is quite a small brush and works well to apply foundation, i have to say each time i use this brush i get compliments on my makeup as it looks quite flawless and smooth, unlike some tools/brushes it doesn't take away the coverage of the foundation.
I would say if you have time on your hands and don't mind the extra effort then you might like this, however if you always in a rush and don't have time then skip this as you might yourself not reaching for this! I don't regret the purchase because i'm glad i tried it and to be honest it isn't a bad product i would much prefer using a normal brush!
